I contacted Greg and told him I bought a new home and wanted a water softner for it he recommended a local company's Green unit. He had the softner system in a couple days and was out to install it. I wanted the softner moved close to the sidewall to maximize garage space and he even put a nozzle on for washing my cars. Great quality work and experience.

Don came to replace my aging water heater, arriving on time and was very polite and professional in completing the job. He also was very patient in listening and then answering my questions. Did a good job in cleaning up after also. Their pricing seemed fair compared to Home Depot and Lowes pricing. Very satisfied and will be recommending to neighbors. I had Go Direct come out for a sewer back up that partially flooded my hallway bathroom. They managed to clear my sewer line through my clean-outs and provided me with options on how to maintain my sewer line. They were super fast on getting me scheduled and had quick availability, I would definitely recommend to anyone else with plumbing or drain issues.

Knows his trade, shows up when he says he will, calls with status.
Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.
