Mike Gisbran, Joe Money, and Bob Labrecque took care of a complex project that included cabinet demo, wall demo, sewer drain and vent relocation and dryer vent relocation. Thier workmanship and attention to detail was exemplary. BSJ is not the cheapest around, but the work is top notch. Hire these guys; you won't be disappointed.

The company was sent out to us by Fidelity Home Warranty after our water heater blew out early Saturday morning. The maintenance closet in the garage had sustained some water damage and Trevor the technician wasn’t sure he could install a new water heater until it was repaired. My handyman lives 3 blocks away and was willing to come over later in the day to reinforce the platform that the water heater was to placed on. It’s holding a 75 gallon one with no issues now. The company refused to install the new one until we first reinforced the platform. Trevor said he wanted to make sure he was communicating all this to us. I agreed to reinforce the platform but asked could they please remove the water heater so we could do the necessary work. Trevor needed authorization and we called Fidelity to get it. Trevor said he couldn’t talk to Fidelity directly they would have to call his dispatcher. We went inside to arrange for that to occur and Trevor just got in his van and left. No COMMUNICATION - nothing. I have run a multi million dollar retail business for the last 35 years and was appalled by this action. I’m sure because we had a Home Warranty paying for this issue that they must have figured they weren’t making enough to screw with the install. Here we waited all day for someone to get to our house with no water and then they do a disappearing act. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Mr. Brooks, who came to my home, really did a good job finding what the problem was for me, and he was excellent and knew exactly what he was doing, got the job done for me in a short amount of time, too. Our water heater went out today and we called Water Pros to see how soon we could get a replacement. Mitch came out within a couple hours and replaced it for us. He does such quality work and is so friendly! We cannot recommend them enough!

Worked with George on a major demo - including moving HVACs, water heaters, and a whole kitchen. He was there every step of the way to make it work, his team was on time and on schedule and the workmanship was excellent. Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves.
