Mitch and his crew are outstanding! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs! They replaced a hot water heater that was leaking. Two men on his crew identified the problem and started draining the old water heater. Meanwhile, Mitch and another member of his crew brought over a new water heater to install. They are in communication every step of the way. They are all kind, courteous and very professional. I’ve referred them to my family members. They’re my #1 go to for future plumbing needs. We had a tech diagnose an issue with our furnace, ended up being the fan motor. The estimate given was $1150. My husband called a commercial parts distributor and they told us the part was $306. When my husband asked the tech why the estimate was so much, he was told overhead and markup. Replacing this part only requires the removal of like 2 bolts and 4 wires, so i cant imagine that labor was a huge part of this $850 difference. I think we'll just handle this ourselves.

On Monday, 8-23-21, we had a leak in the wall between the garage and guest bathroom. I called Schroder and they sent out Adrian the next day at about 1 PM. He arrived promptly in the time span they gave me. He was very quick and efficient, using a camera and one other tool, he was able to find the leak. He reported back to Shroeder who sent out a plumber, Glenn, the next day. Glenn arrived promptly on Tues. 8-24-21 at 12:45 pm and completed the repair by 2:08 pm. Glenn was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Doing business with Schroder Plumbing was a pleasure and the price of the repair was certainly reasonable!

We had a urinal the church that we attempted to repair and it kept running. I called Parker & Sons and was able to get an appt for the same day, this was great!!I was a little taken back by the pricing. When looking for the part online, from what I found it was about $200, Between the time they arrived, got the part and left was about 2 hours....and the bill, over $1000!!!! So labor was over $800?????I asked the technician for a breakout of the parts and labor and was told the system just gives him a set price for the job.

We were advised by another company that we had a drain line leak under our slab. I contacted Hindsight to get a quote for the repair. After meeting with several companies, we decided to go with Hindsight.

Mike was the most knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the repair. He was also the most reasonable.

Before tearing up our floor he did a camera check and determined there wasn't a crack in the drain line. He advised against tearing up the floor and slab because there was no issue.

I appreciated his honesty about the issue and not just tearing up our floor based on another company. Instead of costing over $1,000 for the repair, he only charged us for the camera check.

Amazing service! We're in the process of completing moving our kitchen to what was our living room. Nick re-ran our water lines, main drain, installed our new sink, faucet and garbage disposer. He was very helpful giving us time after running the new lines so we could get the new cabinet installed and came back same day to finish the install of the sink, faucet and disposer. We will definitely use Norfleet Plumbing in the future and would refer them to friends and family. :)

I love this plumbing company- we've used them on several properties and Amy and Ralph are outstanding. Ralph has been extremely fair in price, and always is on time and really professional. They moved some plumbing for us on a remodel, have replaced a hot water heater and some miscellaneous items. Really great to work with and really fair people- I love love these guys and will use them again when needed.

Within an hour of making the phone call David and his team arrived immediatly and accuratly assesed the situation. While David was explaining what was going on his partner already was on the phone moving things into place waiting for the green light to start work. Amazing customer service. Thank you David.

Poor service. They always try to fix the refrigerant, but come back every year saying it broke again.
