I had a great experience with this company. My water heater died and the next morning they were able to replace it which was not easy--my water heater is not readily accessible. My technician, Trevor E., did an amazing job. He had to take down some shelves to access the water heater and he put them back up for me before he left. He also had to move my dryer but hooked it back up when he was finished. Everything is working great and I highly recommend this company and Trevor!

One of their techs (Paul Dermid) ran fradulent schemes out of their company work van and installed wrong ac compressor into our ac unit. Owner Scott Epps won't cover cost of correct ac compressor but will cover labor costs to put part in. Filed complaint with the BBB and Registrar of contractors and am looking into taking them to small claims court. Electric bill had quadrupled since the tech installed wrong compressor back in july 2018. We had to file charges against their tech for printing out fraudulent receipt and we paid $500 cash and he took the money and ran after installing old corroded wrong compressor in our unit. Do not recommend hiring this new company

Jorge was not only accommodating to scheduling the night before, texting with his ETA, and to coming 30 minutes later than I originally quoted. He was friendly and patient as my 2 year old decided to be his assistant. Got the job done in our bathroom sink with ease and perfection. He quoted 30% below others, showing he values helping people. He also was so kind to give recommendations about things in our new build. Will definitely use him again for more plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Ryan, who is the owner of Evolution Plumbing and Listing is outstanding. Although I thought I was going to have to wait a week for an appointment, he had a cancellation and he was able to come over and fix the pipe leak right away. Ryan was professional, explained the problem, showed me the bad parts after he finished, and was reasonably priced. I am thankful.

In July 2016 Robinson Plumbing came to my home to install a faucet, the installation took 15 minutes and by 3 am my entire kitchen was flooded. I called time and again (finally stopped payment on the check) and at 11 am the next day the plumber showed up –ripped (I watch him do this) the faucet out and told me he would contact Watts and I should give him my invoice. I told him I would call Watts and return the faucet myself so he left and was never heard of again. Watts sent the faucet to their quality control Division but said they could not determine it the damage to the faucet was caused by the install or removal. Robinson Plumbing Company sent a collection notice, which I paid so I would not hurt my credit rating. To Date it has cost me 678.00 (repair of the cabinets, another plumber and new faucet) to correct Robinson’s error. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

This is a very good plumber. Had them here on a same day service call and did a fantastic job! Great value, and as honest as the day is long. I will be using Arthur and crew at One Call Plumbing Services for now on. They are the real deal. Thank you for doing a great job for us guys, well appreciated.
