Needed my dinosaur ac unit changed so i googled ac people in my area. A place with this many reviews being 5 stars, i figured it was worth a shot. Very thorough explanation of whats needed and quoted me different models with links to prices. In case i wanted to do my homework and check the quote. Didnt take me very long to choose Dukes. From the setup to the installation, everything was top notch and professional. My unit is in just in time for summer, and its a beauty. The rooms that were warmer are now not warm anymore. Air flow is amazing. Highly recommended, and i now see why they are 5 stars.

we are new to the area and was fortunate enough to get a recommendation for the cooling and plumbing company. i was very impressed with their knowledge and professional approach to all of the items we needed to have addressed. i spoke with jay initially, and he assured me all would be done in a professional manner. after watching jimbo and bobby for a short while, i was in full aggreement. i dont usually write reviews, but in this case i feel dutiful. simply said, these guys were terrific, and a pleasure to have in my home. i have no problem recommending this company!

We had the twins out late September early October for an exclusion. The twins were professional and understanding but the gentleman that was scheduling the work was unreliable and kept changing the date. They did tell me that the twins wanted to be there with them to make sure the job went smooth , that I do respect. But sense then I have noticed rat activity in and around my home, I have called 3 different times and not gotten a call back. I am just wanting them to stand by there work but it does not seem to be happening. If anyone from there office reeds this they can look up my invoice and give me a call . If not we’ll I will no longer be sending busyness their way

This company is absolutely a joke. The AC they installed in my Lennar new home broke for the second time in a year. I will never want to deal with this company.
