With a water emergency on a Saturday morning, they found time on their schedule to come out within a few hours of our call and we’re able to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the work done, everything looks great and most importantly works!! I was actually very impressed with the level of service received. We purchased a whole house water softener kit, with pre filter, resin tank and brine tank. I had several companies out for quotes to install it, Go Direct wasn't the cheapest, but they were not far off from it, however they quoted me a price for the whole job start to finish, no surprises no add on charges, no little surprise extras, just one number and they walked me through what they were going to do. The day of installation, I received a phone call letting me know he was on his way to get parts and would be at the house soon. The installation was first class, and he walked me through how everything would work. I would not hesitate to use these guys again, if you need a plumber don't even hesitate call Go Direct!

Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

The team from Schroeder Plumbing came on time and knocked out two bathrooms a kitchen and laundry room all in a single day. This kept our renovation on schedule. Quality was excellent and team was very professional. I especially liked the web based interaction which had a picture of the person who was showing up, with their name and credentials. From quote to delivery, all interactions were top notch!

The guy was here about 35 minutes. No way he could have thoroughly done all they advertise in the maintenance package in that time. He was at the outside unit about 10 minutes and all he tried to do is sell me a $700 load switch he said would make my unit last 10 additional years. Really?10 years? SCAM. Must work on commission. He also said there was a part missing at the air handler and that my attic may flood without it. Untrue, I had the entire air handler and pipes replaced 2 years ago and have pictures of the finished work. No parts are missing. He just wanted to charge me for anything he thought I was gullible enough to fall for. I will not recommend or use this company again.

Our upstairs toilet started leaking into our downstairs hallway, and needless to say we needed the problem fixed ASAP. We were given Oasis Plumbing number from a friend and thought we would give them a try.

We sent a text to Oasis after 8pm at night and much to our shock, they replied back immediately. We setup an appointment for the next day. Wade came out, and arrived early. He asset the problem and gave us quote, which we approved. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and was extremely professional.

While working on the toilet he found another small problem and fixed it without any charge. He left the bathroom cleaner than he found it and did a great job!

State 48 Drain Service is Awesome! That might sound enthusiastic about plumbers...but it’s true. I didn’t want to have to hire a plumber in the first place because I’m a serious do-it-yourself guy. But I also know where my skill boundaries are. I don’t remember how I found them, I’m just glad I did. Their previous customers loved them with glowing comments and now I’m with them too.
Adam and Casey answered the call right away, were responsive, reasonable with their price. Casey came out and was a respectful perfectionist with his work and did a fantastic job. I recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!
