Mitch and his crew are outstanding! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs! They replaced a hot water heater that was leaking. Two men on his crew identified the problem and started draining the old water heater. Meanwhile, Mitch and another member of his crew brought over a new water heater to install. They are in communication every step of the way. They are all kind, courteous and very professional. I’ve referred them to my family members. They’re my #1 go to for future plumbing needs. Thank you Mitch and crew!!

Jerry came to work on my plumbing tonight. I had some crazy flooding coming from the bathrooms! He came right over and helped me and my roommate out. Super nice guy. Lucky to have had him over so quick:)

We’ve worked with PlumbSmart on several occasions. Recently, our 2nd AC unit went out and PlumbSmart was by far the lowest priced and offer the 5-ton Tran unit we wanted. The install team was Tech- Samuel and Lead-Michael. These two guys worked all day to remove our 24 year old unit from the attic that was I’m sure 115 degrees, to do the install of our new one. They were very polite and professional. They worked hard all day and didn’t leave until the house was cool again. They were very determined to cleanup everything before they left, even vacuum and sweep the stairs for me. I would recommend PlumbSmart anytime, especially Michael & Samuel. I’ve requested to have them come again anytime we need something done because they were so personable and eager to do the job right! I love working with this company and I’m sure you will to.

I was very happy to pay the service call fee as I did not need immediate service. Their rep could have done hundreds of dollars of unnecessary work or worse, thousands of dollars of equipment. But he did not. Instead, He educated me on what was going on with my issue and a few other related things! Like he wanted to make sure he was worth the service call. He answered all my questions and from that, prepared some options for me and is gonna let me decide. I have no hesitations about and will absolutely call them for whatever is my next plumbing related need.

Professional! Reasonable and Knowledgeable! Large plumbing company wanted to charge $5075 for a hot water line re-route due to slab leak !! They charged $825! Very happy!

Had a leak in the house and Cactus Pluming and Air came right away and detected the leak and got the problem fixed in no time!
