My entire experience with BSJ Plumbing was excellent. Scheduling same day service was quick and easy, and the scheduler was very professional and courteous. Michael G was my service tech, and I was able to see when he was on his way, and keep track of his ETA in real time. Michael was great! He listened thoroughly to everything I needed help with, and confirmed back to me what he was hearing to make sure we were on the same page. Ultimately, I needed natural gas lines checked for leaks, and ensuring a safe connection to a brand new gas range and oven. He checked everything, showed me what looked great, and what needed repair, then drew up a quote promptly. The price was fair, so he completed the work on the spot, which was basically an old shutoff valve replacement, as the old one was leaking and out of code compliance. He even showed me where newer valves had been replaced when we replaced a water heater and updated the AC/furnace system, bringing peace of mind that previous work by others was done to code and was safe. Michael is a great asset to BSJ Plumbing, and has knowledge, personability, and work ethic to give this company a good name for itself. Thank you!

I'm an Executive Producer at 12 News, and I've heard and told the stories of bad plumbers and bad contractors. Because of this, I did some serious research when choosing a plumber. In the end, I chose Pink Plumbing and Sewer because I had absolute trust in them. I did have other opinions and plumbers out to my house in my decision making process. High quality workmanship for sure. Crew stayed late into the evening to finish the work because it took longer due to finding the house was built with shower pipes protruding out of the wall space so they had to be taken out and redone to fit a standard shower base.
