I had Justin Pender came to check on my AC unit. I got a message to inform me who’s coming and introduced him with a picture and a short summary about Justin. He was very professional and very helpful. He serviced my unit and made sure everything works perfect before he left and he provided me with tips for maintenance and helpful information. I’m very pleased with the level of service. I definitely recommed this company !

Had an issue. The gentleman came but the problem I spoke of wasn't doing it at the time. About 20 minutes after he left, it started again. (Ac unit shutting on and off). I took a video of it as proof I wasn't making things up. I called the office and the guy turned around and came back. This time he seen what it was doing and said that it's not normal. Now he's checking other things to get to the bottom of this. (As a side note...he's the 4th person to be at our house in the past week, and we already forked out almost $600). We just want some cool air. 🥺

Our warranty service sent them to clear a clogged drain. The guy showed up in what appeared to be a personal vehicle with no equipment. He looked at the clog and took pictures. Without even trying to clear anything he said they would need to run a camera through the system to find the clog. He then said they would need to cut a hole in the wall to do that. It would cost $215.

We called and had a different company come out and they cleared the clog with an auger. This company is a sham. Don't use them.

Had a new custom bar and laundry faucets and stainless sinks that needed to be hooked up. Mike showed up on time, did a good job connecting everything and was reasonably priced. I would use again.

The crew showed up quickly and were able to get our main line cleared out. They were friendly and had contactless payment which was very easy to use. Thanks for all your help!

Very hard worker!

My house is 28 years old and Diefenderfer Plumbing has been doing superior work for me for over 20 years. Ralph and his crew have installed 2 hot water heaters, an RO system, and a water softener. They have replaced faucets, fixed leaks, etc. Pricing is fair. All work has been done in a professional and courteous manner. I also like the fact that Ralph takes pride in his work and stands behind it. I would not hesitate to recommend this plumbing company.
