Wonderful company, all personnel are professional and competent. Techs Fred and Joe do a great job. Fully explain work, professional installations and clean up after job. Had tankless water heater installed with a service contract and other plumbing fixes. Highly recommend BSJ Plumbing!!!!!!!

Don came to replace my aging water heater, arriving on time and was very polite and professional in completing the job. He also was very patient in listening and then answering my questions. Worst experience with this company, beware.

In July 2016 Robinson Plumbing came to my home to install a faucet, the installation took 15 minutes and by 3 am my entire kitchen was flooded. I called time and again (finally stopped payment on the check) and at 11 am the next day the plumber showed up –ripped (I watch him do this) the faucet out and told me he would contact Watts and I should give him my invoice. I told him I would call Watts and return the faucet myself so he left and was never heard of again. Watts sent the faucet to their quality control Division but said they could not determine it the damage to the faucet was caused by the install or removal. Robinson Plumbing Company sent a collection notice, which I paid so I would not hurt my credit rating. To Date it has cost me 678.00 (repair of the cabinets, another plumber and new faucet) to correct Robinson’s error. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

Kendall was recommended to me by my regular plumber, Hacienda Plumbing Inc in Gilbert. I called Kendall Plumbing and Rooter about my clogged drain at 4pm in the afternoon. They were there by 6pm, cleared the drain and charged me a very reasonable price. Scott was the technician and he was professional, thorough and wore a well fitted cloth mask the entire time. I realize why my regular plumber would recommend them for clogged drains and sinks. Highly recommend!
