Extremely dependable and honest. Jorge exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed having him in our home to workout some plumbing kinks. Our new Tankless Water Heater is awesome. He also replaced our bad PRV and installed a new kitchen faucet. So reasonable, honest, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to work with.

Kendall plumbing is a good, honest, hard working, family owned business. I received several quotes for a plumbing job and some were so over the top it was ridiculous. It’s nice to know that there are still plumber’s out there that do not try to take advantage of homeowners. They are very reasonable, fair, and trustworthy. Chris at Pink Plumbing provided fast and professional service when completely replacing a sewer line from the bathroom to the septic tank in the back yard. This included digging out the the bathroom floor and the back patio. When it was all done, it not only looked like nothing ever happened, but now the plumbing works better than it ever had in 15 years. Thank you, Pink! Highly recommended.

We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

There was an outside leak that had been connected to a sprinkling system. Over the years due to the heat the system no longer worked and consequently the leak became a problem. Michael from PlumbSmart evaluated the situation and I followed his recommendation. It was fantastic to get the problem solved quickly and professionally.

Not only late and, but incredibly incompetent. I was assigned Air & Water Factor from my home warranty company, Republic, for a garbage disposal tripping the circuit breaker issue. After 50 minutes past the scheduled service time (which was 7AM, first service call of the day), I had to call the dispatcher which went to voice mail. I got a call back at 8:05AM telling me that they had issues with the driver picking up the truck. No problem, I just expect a courtesy call when you are going to be an hour late.

When they showed up, he plugged in the garbage disposal and it tripped the circuit breaker. He told me I have a bad switch. I said plug another garbage disposal into the outlet and see if it works... he said he doesn't have a garbage disposal. I asked 'Why would you show up to fix a garbage disposal without one in your truck?' else in and see if the switch works? He said he isn't an electrician he doesn't diagnose electrical problems. I told him it's not an electrical problem. I plugged in a high horsepower air compressor to the outlet for the garbage disposal and turned it on / off to demonstrate it wasn't the switch. He said he had to call Old Republic to get the work order reassigned for electrical.

I think the plumber was just hoping to turn the hex wrench wrench on the bottom of the garbage disposal, reset the breaker, and get their $65 fee. He knew the disposal was bad when he left. He was either lazy, or incompetent, either way I am glad Republic sent another plumber out to replace the broken disposal.

First time using Simply Better Plumbing and I will definitely use them again. Extremely reasonable pricing and ready to get the job done. Very polite and professional and just down home people. Eric did the job of replacing the hot water heater, very nice young man. The team was very efficient and job completed in a timely manner. I spoke with Tom to schedule the job, simple and easy!!

Carlos arrived at the house less than 90 minutes after I placed the phone call. He was friendly and cleaned out 2 sink drains and a plugged toilet. He was knowledgeable and professional. THANK YOU SO MUCH😊
