I purchased a new water heater from here. They came the very next day to install it. There was a manufacturers defect on part of the unit. I called them and they came out the next day and replaced the part with a better part. A couple months after that, there was another manufacturers defect. I called agayand they came out within 2 hours and replaced the entire unit. No questions asked and no cost to me. These 2 issues I had with the unit had nothing to do with this company or the technician that installed it. This is the first company I've used for plumbing/water heater issues and I have no reason to try anyone else. Great company, staff customer service and I recommend them to everyone I know. Excellent work from Jorge on my loop and water softener installation. Very well priced, quote I received is 30 % less the competition. Arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Everything is sealed well and left no marks of the work. Would definitely recommend.

Easy, affordable, and fast service. At my home 2 hours after the call, A/c Tune Up and leak repair finished 4 hours after the call. The technician John was great, and explained and educated me about the issues and future problem prevention. A+ Company!

Heat pump failed in very hot weather. Parker & Sons were there within 24 hours. There was a major leak in the coil. They made temporary repairs to get us through the day and night and replaced the heat pump with a new one the next day. It was a very hot day, but they worked very hard, in the attic, to install the new unit. The new system works perfectly. Thanks for the good service

Rooter 4 Less was scheduled through my warranty company. Terry performed the initial diagnoses with a little attitude and then scheduled us a week out to install a new water heater. After waiting the week, he showed up angry and told me that my neighbor and I could not stand in my driveway and watch him work. That we were to go inside. He then got angrier and took off with my water heater after waiting a week for it!!! I imagine he didn't want us there so that he could do work that wasn't needed and charge us too much. Otherwise, why would anyone behave in such a manner??? I was prepared to pay the $300 he was charging for modifications (outside what he was being paid from the warranty company) of a drain pain and adding some piping. His disrespect and lack of professionalism was quite shocking.

AC running constantly. Temp going up.Hot in house. Called AZ Dukes at 7.15 Monday morning. Receptionist very cordial and scheduled for Kalem to come to assess at 11am. Kalem found pin size leaks in lines. Oil leaking too. Repaired and Serviced the unit and now a cool house. He is so professional, courteous and explains everything that he is doing. Very pleased with the cost of repair. Great service from start to finish. Thank you

From the 1st call from Erica..ooo my what a pleasure to talk with. If ya have a bad day she perks ya up with just the type of voice that puts a smile on your face. Appt made within days. Casey came out to fix repair. Explained what had happened and how he was going to fix. I hope I never need him again, he will be in my list of great people and professionalism.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

After noticing my AC not turning off (July in Phoenix) I called Minuteman to schedule a maintenance visit. Herb came by to give what I hoped would be a tune up. He explained to us that the condenser and air handler was very old and on its last leg. He gave us a great breakdown and offered us multiple brands with different sear and tonnage ratings. We selected a air handler / condenser package we liked. The team came out the next week and installed both units. Our house is considerably more comfortable and the AC is running a fraction of the time as the old system.
