Recently had a gas water heater & a microwave replaced. BSJ Plumbing was assigned to install both.

Very pleased with the quality of the service, the attention to detail(I.e., post-installation cleanup, protecting surroundings), as well as punctuality. Neil installed the microwave; highly recommend him for installs. Unfortunately, can't remember the plumber's name, but he was really good, too.

Also need to commend the scheduler; Jen, I believe. Had a very tight time frame in which to install the microwave, & she made it happen. Thanks!

Wow, Gregg at G&G Brothers was great! We needed a new water heater quickly - it was a special order type, and he was able to get one (not easy) and do the install quickly and for a very reasonable price. The end result was a clean, quality install - and plenty of hot water!

Having it shared there is a water leak at the base of your home on the outside can be very concerning. It makes one wonder how much damage has taken place. Questions of, how long has there been a water leak, has the household structure been damaged, and the most important question, how much will it cost to repair everything? Originally, he came to our home for a kitchen sink drain clog only to discover water stains on the outside structure. He is very professional and gave exceptional customer service explaining the process in order to fix the problem for materials needing to be replaced and fairness of pricing given to us by his company. Throughout this journey, his scheduler Jackie was very professional offering to get in touch with George right away when questions arose and calling right back with answers. Wow! One day service! From the call in the morning to that evening everything was fixed or replaced. Frank is very knowledgeable and knows his plumbing business. Thank you for the repairs and installing a new water conditioner in such a timely manner! I highly recommend Frank and Camcorder Plumbing for any plumbing and water treatment needs....I had them replace an old water softner with a new water conditioner, time will tell how the new unit works.

Charlie did an awesome job on 3 different tough repairs for me. Efficient, tidy, very good at his skills & determined to get good results at a cost I could afford. Hard to find these days. So impressed I sent him to repair a leaking toilet at my daughter's house that she had postponed as too expensive per a previous estimate. Now that family loves Charlie too! This is the worse plunming services at all levels. Extremely unprofessional and does not respect appointments. Kept making promisses and lied eveytime. Did not show up for promised appointments multiple times. They made wrong diagnosis and were unable to cix a simple sink issue after two weeks of not showing up and lying. Advice for the wise. Stay away and find professional plummer that will respect your time.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

The repair and maintenance rep. from Minuteman Home Services was on time, friendly, very professional and explained the full service in plain English, so that a person outside the industry understood what the service was all about. I will call this company again.
