Neil was fantastic as always! He arrived perfectly on time and fixed all the problems (leaky bathtub and self-flushing toilet) superbly.

Please do yourself a favor. DON'T use this company. They charge you a fortune to do a simple job. The technicians are nothing but rogues. I am serious! You simply can not expect them to get the done as you expect but more frustration!

We had to have our AC unit moved and they did a great job re-positioning it and getting the differential temperature split fixed. They were knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly.

Originally, he came to our home for a kitchen sink drain clog only to discover water stains on the outside structure. He is very professional and gave exceptional customer service explaining the process in order to fix the problem for materials needing to be replaced and fairness of pricing given to us by his company. Throughout this journey, his scheduler Jackie was very professional offering to get in touch with George right away when questions arose and calling right back with answers. I highly recommend you give this business a call when water leaks occur. George was amazing and it is guaranteed if any plumbing concerns arise in the future for us, we will contact this company!

Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

I love this company!! They are kind, courteous, and go over and above to ensure the job is done and done proper!!. From my initial contact with Christy to meeting Scott, I can't say enough. I initially called them for a plugged main drain. Scott knew exactly what to do and within 30 mins, everything was fixed. I've now called them to install a new kitchen faucet. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else!!! A 5 star rating doesn't do this company justice. For all your plumbing needs, I HIGHLY recommend Kendall Plumbing & Rooter!!

American home shield sent out AM/PM plumbing is such a horrible company, (I actually have hired a lawyer too go after them, if anyone would like to add their experiences please contact me I also have cameras in my garage with audio which has saved me me regarding my water heater, & have the company they originally sent out drylux for pedestal damage & AM/PMs tech, the drylux employee told me that the water heater definitely went out & needed to be replaced as it’s from 2007, AM/PM sent them out saying that they needed to come out first to check for water damage before they could install water heater, Drylux employee said they would need to drain the water heater & disconnect & remove to do the pedestal underneath, which I had done, the next day the am/pm employee came & saw the water heater on the ground & said it definitely needs to be replaced & said they won’t cover it though because it’s been uninstalled & they can’t diagnose, however they were the ones that said I had to disconnect for further damage & for pedestal. Summit plumbing came out Confirmed it wasn’t working & they said they would replace then they lied to to American home shield even though I have it on camera If you look on BBB they are getting destroyed for same issues. Needless to say American home shield wouldn’t cover it because it needed to be reinstalled, so I just ended up buying one myself & had a company put in stay away from this company

I had Jake look at my main sewer line as a second opinion. Another company said I had a cracked pipe that required digging through the floor and slab. They indicated it would cost approximately $11K.
Jake inspected the line and did not find any damage. He was very professional and honest! I appreciate his honesty and will use him in the future if needed.
