Thank you so much to Robert and BSJ Plumbing for doing such an amazing job installing my new hot water heater quickly. It’s hard with no hot water and I feel BSJ and Robert understood that. I purchased a home in Sun City, my plumbing had a backup. I called Rooter Hero to snake the line. I asked if the can send a camera down the line at which they performed at no charge. Although the results came back with the old cast iron piping being completely shot. On the monitor you can see the cast iron had rotted out almost the entire length of the pipe to the street. It was just terrible news and very pricy, so i got several bids for a full pipe replacement procedure called Pipe Bursting, where they bore through the excisting piping with a new ABS pipe, pulling it through hydraulically. Rooter Hero gave me the best bid out of severalsof the valleys top compeditors. Being that over 25 years ago I had 5 contractors licenses, one being plumbing, I can tell you they did an excellent job in a professional manner. I would recommend Rooter Hero without reservations, they were a hard working crew, Rocky the Supervisor was very knowledgeable, along with Adam, Chris and a couple others were excellent plumbers. Darrell & Scott with 911 were super responsive. I called on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. I have an AirBnB in the Valley and my guest called me livid Saturday night because the property was very warm. It turned out to just be user error; but it was helpful to have these guys out to confirm my suspicion. I had needed to have them come out anyway to perform maintenance before the summer heat. 10/10 would recommend them!

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. We moved into a house built in 1972, we LOVE the house, but with time, things happen..... POOT happens, and unfortunately we had issues with a sewer line backing up into the toilets and bathtubs. After calling in our concerns and trouble to Kendall plumbing, they were very knowledgeable and responsive. They had a very nice gentleman out the same day AFTER HOURS, who flushed the air vents through the roof of our house, his name was Warren. Kendall plumbing tried to complete the easiest, most economical fixes first, to avoid higher costs. Unfortunately, but after a few days the fix was unsuccessful, so to avoid the expensive fixes, they utilized a camera in the sewer line, and again flushed and snaked all available sewer pipes; this we believe was the owner of Kendall Plumbing; very nice man. They discovered a broken sewer line underground in our front yard, and they had communication with a gentleman with a back-hoe/digging service, and coordinated that service together the NEXT DAY! **Scott** with Kendall Plumbing has been to our house 4 times at least my husband and I can remember, the most of anyone, and is VERY nice down to earth guy. Shane was a nice man that came out on-call on a Sunday. They are kind, and understood what a pain in the tush and issue we had with a broken sewer line. They dug up the front yard to replace the old and disintegrated pipe in the front yard; they used quality replacement pipe. They replaced all the dirt and rock nicely in the front yard, and used good caution in the front yard to protect our 30 year old peach and plum trees, and our big treasured climbing/swing tree in the front yard, which has all of our bird houses and bird bath. They were kind and respectful, and treated our family and our property/yard like it was their own. We truly appreciated the service they provide, and the courteous, skilled, efficient, honest, timely, wonderful plumbers/gentlemen that work for their company. Christy, is a very nice gal that works in the office and coordinates the plumber's jobs/schedule; she communicated with my husband Matt many, MANY times, to make sure we were all on the same page; my husband valued how well she communicates, like a long term friend. We would DEFINITELY utilize their services again should a plumbing issue arise, and we also would DEFINTELY recommend their services to other homeowners with major plumbing issues. They responded quickly, even AFTER HOURS, and made good time, were ON TIME, even coming from their main office in Mesa, and their road trip across Phoenix and the Valley to west/rural Peoria; a 45-50 mile EACH way trip. Great plumbing service!
I have worked with Joe on several jobs...small jobs such as replacing new fixtures, and large jobs, replacing old sewer main lines, in the yard and under concrete. Several reasons why great plumber...always responsive, professional and fair pricing. Always able to accommodate requests. Great attitude and professionalism. Clean workers. Knowledgeable. Joe has eliminated the thought process and takes care of what needs to be done, in an efficient manner. Would highly recommend!

Chris is solid. We had a huge plumbing problem with a leaky faucet that we tried to fix ourselves without no results in Mesa. We reached out to another local plumbing company who couldn't fix it so we gave Pink Plumbing a call. They were on the job, and fixed it within the hour. It was an issue that they said is not seen on a regular basis.

Shout out to Jimmy Saucedo who checked my AC last July 5. Work ethics and honesty meant a lot to me. Rewired the system for better efficiency as the installers missed something. He showed me the error codes and what they meant too. Keep this guy with your company!

Very great experience! Our technician Larry found and fixed the issue where another plumber from another company had missed what the issue was.

I had Jake look at my main sewer line as a second opinion. Another company said I had a cracked pipe that required digging through the floor and slab. They indicated it would cost approximately $11K.
Jake inspected the line and did not find any damage. He was very professional and honest! I appreciate his honesty and will use him in the future if needed.
