Set a time and then no showed then I tryed giving a second chance and show up at a total different time tried convincing me that more work needed to be done then what actually needed to be done and also had equipment that did not work was very shady

We had a desperate situation - our main line to the house started leaking.. it was a weekend in this oppressive heat! They came out within 1 hour- fixed within the next hour. So nice and professional! I will always use them!!

My elderly in-laws purchased an A/C unit from Parker in Sons a few years ago, earlier this week it went out, so we called and they sent someone out later that day, They replaced a part that was still under warranty and they we on their way... Well the A/C unit went out again the next day. Parker and Sons said they couldn't get any one out there until the next day. We ended up putting my in-laws in a hotel and are waiting word as to when the A/C will be serviced again.I know its summer in Phoenix and everyone is busy but you would think if they just repaired the unit and knowing its for elderly folks that they would have made it a priority. Hotel for 2 days is NOT cheap!

Jaimie was professional and on time. He was able repair my leaking toilet. I also requested him to check all of my bathroom faucets' water pressure and shower faucets. Service was great and I will use him again in the future.

Working in Restoration we run into several situations where plumbers are needed, I had Hindsight Plumbing out to replace a shower cartridge, the plumber they sent out (Eddie) was awesome, on time, professional and knowledgeable and greatly priced. Thank you Hindsight we will be using you guys from now on.

From the 1st call from Erica..ooo my what a pleasure to talk with. If ya have a bad day she perks ya up with just the type of voice that puts a smile on your face. Appt made within days. Casey came out to fix repair. Explained what had happened and how he was going to fix. I hope I never need him again, he will be in my list of great people and professionalism.

Mr Diefenderfer flooded our house after failing to inspect a drip line that he installed from our sink to the fridge.
This was the our first order of business before we moved into our new house. So after he installed it we left and didn't discover till we revisited the house. Unfortunately by then the kitchen and adjacent media room had an inch and a half of water in them. As a result of his negligence our walls and lower cabinets were ruined and had to be removed and replaced.
After notifying Mr Diefenderfer he got belligerent and started yelling at us on the phone. We are pursuing this case in the court system because he has chosen to refuse to repay us and even refuses to refund the hook up fee.
Accidents happen but he handled this horribly.

It clearly stated in the receipt / contract that the owner wrote out, that after the hook up, he was to check for leaks (see attached picture of the receipt). It's very concerning that you, and your company refuse to acknowledge any ownership of this problem.

Excellent customer service and very reasonable price. They fixed our AC the same day I called. I will definitely use Air &Water Factor in the future. I will use them to replace my water heater as well.
