Gregg and G&G Brothers has been my plumber for over 20 years. I have changed address in that time but not my plumber. His latest job was to replace my broken gas hot water tank with an electric hybrid hot water tank. As always his quote was well priced and accurate, and his work was friendly, timely, clean and excellent.

I called after hours because of a leak under our sink. They were at our home within 30 minutes, and was kind, courteous and trustworthy. They had to get some parts so Gordon was back today to complete the work. I would highly recommend this company.

This is a top notch company! Our water heater failed and with a quick call to Donna, a technician was dispatched to our home and the new water heater was installed the next morning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs service done right away.

Had a plumber out to replace a water heater, after the job was completed I noticed some property was missing. Giving the plumber the benefit of the doubt, I put off calling Reidhead until I was certain the property was stolen. Upon calling Reidhead, I was borderline laughed at for attempting to file a complaint. Multiple managers (Albert and Eric) said they would call me back after investigating the issue; I never received a call back. I proactively called Reidhead back to try and resolve my issue, and was given excuse after abuse as to why no one could speak with me, then I was berated Cindy who told me I was upsetting her by trying to speak with a manager, or come to any resolution. This is by far the most pathetic experience I have ever had with any company. Not only was property stolen from my home, but I am treated like an inconvenience when I tried to get the issue rectified. I will definitely be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Vicente came out right on time, was very professional and wouldn’t stop until he was successful. We had used 4 gallons of drain cleaner at our commercial establishment over the last few months with very little success. After Vicente was done it works like brand new for a fair price. I would recommend Plumbsmart to anyone, especially Vicente!!

The complex I live at used them 5 months ago. They took 22 hours with our water off when it was supposed to be 10. And that was just the beginning. They’ve now showed up with no warning and shut the water off to fix their mistakes multiple times. Simple line switch that they haven’t gotten right over 6 months/dozens of trips here/handfuls of water shut offs. Actually a scam.

We just had Danny come out to fix some mini splits and my mom's cocited at our house that were installed a couple years back. We were told by another company that the entire unit needed to be replaced. Danny spent about an hour and a half diagnosing and working on the problem. It was a condensation pump. He was able to fix it for $350. Get it back working like brand new and now our units working again. He saved us thousands of dollars and a lot of hassle. We definitely will be using Parker& sons again. Thanks Parker and sons and especially thank you Danny!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. My motor fan in my AC went out this evening & I had no idea what to do nor who to call. The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

I wanted a RO system on my kitchen and a hook up to the refrigerator. Diefenderfer plumbing was referred to me by a friend that had been using their services for over 4 years. Ralph came in and explained how the system worked. I told him that I did not want my water to be acidic. No problem. Ralph went to his supply house and brought back a water softener that had an alkalinity increasing filter and installed it under the sink. Once the installation was completed, Ralph ran water through the piping for a while to make sure that there were no leaks. This was an amazing experience and they will be handing all of my plumbing needs moving forward.
