When I was looking at a more expensive toilet he recommended a more cost effective model that would still give me everything I needed. He was quick and efficient and I also noticed he went the extra mile to clean up the area and make sure it had that clean look I had requested. Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

After experiencing two days of shutdowns of my air conditioning during the hottest part of the day, I called Parker & Sons for help. Leo showed up as a result of this call and quickly diagnosed the problem as being a can capacitor on the compressor fan. He replaced the capacitor and this appears to have corrected the problem.I will definitely use Parker & sons should I need any future a/c repairs.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.
