PlumbSmart was able to come shortly after I called, Trent was our technician, he was personable, prompt and professional, Solved several issues quickly.

Tried to book a few times. No response. I called Day and Night plumbing and they booked me during that phone call for the very next day and the tech arrived right on time. I have now signed up to have Day and Night do my work as well as an annual contract with them for inspections.

Honesty and Integrity thank you Parker& Sons. I called Parker and Sons for a second opinion. Should have been my first call. Their Project Manager came out and looked at our drain line and showed us there was no problem. The other plumber was scamming me with a video that was not my drain line. Parker & Sons will be my first call for future plumbing issues.

I so appreciate Dukes of Air. They have been taking care of out heating/cooling system since 2018. All the technicians have been courteous and totally competent. I trust Dukes of Air completely!

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Apparently they are out of business. Long story short, I gave them a $4500 deposit July 25, 2022.. Five months later, they are out of business….with a realtor lockbox on the door and a “traffic boot” on their trailer in the parking lot. No answer to daily phone calls for weeks. Broken promises, one obfuscation after another. This is the only time in my life I have ever said this about a business—they are CROOKS.
