I have used BSJ Plumbing twice: one preventative maintenance and one emergency. They were professional and courteous both times. Their recommendations were very pragmatics and I did not feel like they were pushy. I would recommend them for any plumbing service.

Gregg also installed a flow water monitor and a new water softener. He is professional and thoroughly explains his work to the customer.

Rainforest is always my first call when I have AC or plumbing issues. In January our water bill was through the roof and I had no idea why. I called rainforest to come check the plumbing and sure enough I had a minor leak that had been going on for awhile. They fixed it and our bill has been normal since. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Keith and Joe came out to my house today within the allotted time slot that I was quoted for. Upon arrival they were courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest about their findings with my home. Keith even helped me when I was on the phone with the property management company and had my back while negotiating with them. I would reccommend them and Reidhead plumbing most definitely again to anyone.

We had a tech diagnose an issue with our furnace, ended up being the fan motor. The estimate given was $1150. My husband called a commercial parts distributor and they told us the part was $306. When my husband asked the tech why the estimate was so much, he was told overhead and markup. Replacing this part only requires the removal of like 2 bolts and 4 wires, so i cant imagine that labor was a huge part of this $850 difference. I think we'll just handle this ourselves.

The complex I live at used them 5 months ago. They took 22 hours with our water off when it was supposed to be 10. And that was just the beginning. They’ve now showed up with no warning and shut the water off to fix their mistakes multiple times. Simple line switch that they haven’t gotten right over 6 months/dozens of trips here/handfuls of water shut offs. Actually a scam.

Our new air conditioner decided to weirdly stop working this past weekend, which is never good during the blazing AZ summer. The person answering the call, Travis, was very professional and helpful. The person who came to service our AC unit was also very kind, professional, and timely. We will for sure use Parker & Sons for any future needs!

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.
