Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

I recently moved to area & had plumbing issues. Contacted Reidhead Plumbing, their service technician was right on time, (which I appreciated) when asked questions he answered in such a way that I understood. He was quite a pleasurable young man, his name was Keith. So if anyone has a plumbing problem Reidhead Plumbing is the company & Keith is who you ask for.

Did not use them because advertised one price and then almost tripled it when they arrived.

I needed a company that could come repair an electrical switch and outlet that were in the same electrical box. They were two hours later than the appointment window, which by itself would not have been a problem but when they arrived they spent less than 45 minutes fixing the problem and charged me $459. They didn't have to do any new wiring and I already had the new outlet and switch for them to install. Based on that pricing, I won't be using Parker and Sons again.EDIT: Parker and Sons was verify responsive when I posted the things about which I was dissatisfied. They reached out to me immediately to try to Improve the situation. They were willing to provide me a refund of some of the money I had paid.

Dukes of Air is exceptional! I have used them the last several years and always have been treated well and they never try to sell you something you dont need! I had them install my new system few years ago and they come out twice a year to keep it in top shape. You will not regret calling them for your AC needs!

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!
