This is a top notch company! Our water heater failed and with a quick call to Donna, a technician was dispatched to our home and the new water heater was installed the next morning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs service done right away.

Rainforest is always my first call when I have AC or plumbing issues. In January our water bill was through the roof and I had no idea why. I called rainforest to come check the plumbing and sure enough I had a minor leak that had been going on for awhile. They fixed it and our bill has been normal since. Highly recommend them to anyone!

The person booking and answering phones is very rude.

They were great from start to finish they gave us a great deal and weren’t pushy about it. Justin helped with picking out what we needed but not trying to push us on the most expensive one but what worked for us. Trent and Matt put it in they were great guys very professional was very impressed with them. i’m so glad I found them. Thanks guys ❤️

Schroeder came out to my home. They did not diagnose the problem correctly and then to make matters worse they messed up the claim with my insurance company to the point that my insurance company denied the claim and would not fix the cause of the loss. They were SUPPOSED to come out to my home again to make another assessment of the problem. They were a NO SHOW five times! They didn’t even give the curtesy of a phone call to say that they were not going to show. When I called to find out when they were coming I was told all five times that they had another “emergency” call come up. Here we are more then a month and still they don’t have the honor to stand their word and my kitchen remains unfixed as well as the plumbing job that they said they would fix!!! Stay away from this company because they don’t deliver what they say they will. They don’t stand by their word nor are their smaller dollar jobs considered important enough for them to even show up to do the work they promised to do.This is still the state of my kitchen a month later. Gary Shaker(owner)is specifically who messed up my insurance claim! There is no HONOR IN THIS COMPANY BECAUSE HONOR IS KEEPING YOUR WORD AND STANDING BEHIND YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS. THIS COMPANY DOES NEITHER!!!

Installed new water softener and a water pressure regulator. Scheduled online on Monday after hours, received a call on Tuesday morning, consulted with Joe on Tuesday afternoon and Ramesh installed on Wednesday morning. Very happy with their services. Have used them in the past and highly recommend. Everyone I worked with was extremely nice and professional!

The front office was friendly and helpful. The technician that showed up was early which we liked because our ac was broken. Adam was courteous, professional, and knew what he was doing. 15 minutes later our ac was working. Adam explained to us what was wrong and what the solution was. The price was comparable to other companies. I put their number in my phone. They will be our go to hvac company.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.
