Rainforest Plumbing has come to my residence twice now to help with plumbing issues. My first was a few years ago when a pipe burst in my house's concrete slab. They came and found the leak and suggested to install pex to run the new line. They were on time, professional, and had everything setup and situated. A few years later, I had a new issue with my kitchen and didn't want to go at it myself, and Rainforest was the first I thought of. They came the very next day on time, explained everything that happened and what they did, and next steps. Once again, they exceeded my expectations and were professional all the way through. I highly recommend them.

Sam did I good job clearing the kitchen drain. Had a problem with what the $49 drain cleaning covered and it ended up costing $75 which I think is a fair price for what he did. They need to be more up front about the $49 includes.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Mike and Derek arrived as scheduled to service my plumbing. They checked out my issues and clearly explained what needed to be done. They were very professional, polite, and personable. They educated me on some new plumbing technology that wasn't around when the house was built and they let me know the options. A++ RECOMMENDED!

Sam was super awesome and he’s funny! He does a lot of great work. He replaced my water heater. It was a professional install and affordable compared to other companies I called. Thanks Sam!

Brandon and his crew showed up on time, they took great care in covering floors and carpets, did an amazing job installing 3 complete AC units in less than 7 hours. An absolute joy!!

Update: the call center manager call and apologized for the confusion. Brandon came out, and he's awesome. He was able to determine that a new capacitor was necessary. Now the house is cooling.

I'm disappointed that I've had these problems with a new AC unit, and I'm disappointed that it took so long to get a tech out here, but the tech was amazing. I'm happy to have a house that's cooling down.

My AC unit was installed in October, and it’s broken today, the hottest day of the year. It’s 90+ degrees in my house. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to have them come out. 1st time was in November, and they hadn’t install it correctly, so the heat didn’t work. Next time was because the AC said “cooling,” but no cool air came out, and the compressor wasn’t running. By the time the tech came out it had started working on its own, and he said that he couldn’t do anything about it. This happened again twice. Finally, today, it happened again, but it hasn’t started back up. I called the Chas Roberts help line, and they said that they’d send out someone between 7 & midnight. It’s one thing to wait all day when the temps are reasonable, but at this point, it’s becoming a health issue.
