We had Scott perform a sewer scope after a different company tried to tell us we needed $7000-$12000 of repairs for faults in the sewer line. Scott quickly diagnosed that there was a minor deflection of part of the line, but he explained that it was not causing issues and was pretty normal in the area observed - and it needed no repairs. It was clear that Scott (and 911 Plumbing) are looking out for the customer. I will be using 911 Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future, that's for sure.

Everyone from rain forest is awesome- Mario, Dustin, and all the others are great! They are honest and make sure the job is done correctly! We only use them at our hotel!

I had two services on 4/26, Air conditioning yearly service (quoted at $49) and high pressure cleaning service for our two bathroom condo sewer lines. First off, both plumbers and the HVAC Technician were very professional and qualified. They all answered any questions I had. The services were done properly, from my prospective. The issue is the cost. Plumb Smart advertises itself as affordable and less than half the cost of other plumbers. Don't believe it for a second! The $49 dollar AC maintenance went up to over $370 dollars! All in all I spent over $500 an hour to have the services done! No repair work, just service work. Plumb Smart is not inexpensive or affordable.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Jimmy is the BEST! The company is great. Replaced my a/c unit in <3 hours. Top notch outfit.

They don't honor their commitments, they don't provide timely service, they are very unresponsive, and you can't trust what the employees tell you.
At first, we had good luck with them maintaining/fixing the main A/C under warranty from new home construction. However; June 11, 2021, my mini-split unit stopped working. They couldn't send someone out until the end of July. The technician said the compressor was bad, and he'd get back to me with a price. I waited a week and 1/2, and did my own search for the compressor, and finally called them since they didn't get back with me. They finally gave me a price for the part over 3 times what I could get it from from a number of reputable firms. I told him that's what I was going to do and he told me that was a good price and let them know when I got it. It took another week and 1/2 to get it here (now mid August), and I called to schedule. The earliest they had was Sept 27. There were several emails & text to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, someone called and said they couldn't install the unit because they didn't buy it. I talked to several people, including a technician who was fine doing it, except he didn't know what to charge. I finally spoke with Ozzie Brixa, the supervisor who canceled the appointment, and said the original technician was no longer with them and the one that scheduled the appointment was new. He wouldn't honor the commitment those employees had made. The bottom line is that they strung me along through the heat of the Mesa AZ summer, I had to get the compressor myself, and after all this time I need to find someone else to install it.
