I called your office for the price of a service call for a plumber and I was told there was no charge at less we do the work and you accept the price .
I had a compleate faucet set for my bathtub waiting and a bathtub faucet spout waiting.
I was told that will be $585.00 to replace the whole set. I said no to that and ask how much for the faucet spout? Your plumber said : I'll probably won't charge you for that I appreciated and said Ok just put the spout.
Then he said that it was $185.00 and asked me to signed. I was completely surprised because all he did is remove the hose that was connected to the water and put the spout on.
If I had not called to ask for the price of the service call I would blame me for not asking questions. I was told by your office no charge if I didn't accept the work. You plumber said no charge
How, then, I ended up with a $185.00 bill?
I feel that it was very deceptive in your part.

PlumbSmart was referred to me by a member at my gym. I needed a garbage disposal replaced. I called them at 9:00 a.m. this morning. A few minutes before noon Darrell was walking out the door. Disposal was in, tested and cleaned up. He arrived early, gave me a decent bid, had a disposal with him, installed it, tested it about ten times, showed the finished product and was done. I was astonished.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

I am very impressed with the work , I will use these guys for everything I need . they were on time , knowledgeable and a very good value.

Vince and Joe were very courteous and very professional . They explained everything and showed me what the problem was. I think Vince was happy when he didn't have to deal with my dad anymore....I don't blame him..I don't like dealing with him either....lol. Over all, I am very pleased with the service. Thank you Vince and Joe.

Sam did a fantastic job of replacing two toilets on very short notice. Not only did he respond quickly to my message on a Saturday, but drove an hour the following day to complete the job. He got the job done quickly and thoroughly cleaned up after he was done. Sam is very knowledgeable, professional, and honest and I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

I truly trust Isley's with my A/C and furnace. Victor was very nice and such a gentleman. Thank you Isley's!!

It is Home Depot. It is exactly what you think. This store is insane busy in the morning.

These guys are such crooks. The plumber wanted to charge me $140 a hour just to diagnose the issue when the the problem was just a closed valve. The crook charged me $100 to open a valve. Definitely do not recommend.
