Impressive and On Point! I called once and got a friendly person on the phone right away who gave me all of the information I needed in a prompt and friendly manner. They scheduled the product + install at a very reasonable rate. Within a few days, Dillon arrived, put the tank in quickly with no problems and was VERY nice to deal with! When our water heater went out we shopped around for high rated good value plumbers to replace it. Justin S was awesome. He answered all my questions. I had a friend recommend Superstition Plumbing to me and what a find. I have had them fix three plumbing problems in my house and I am extremely satisfied with their work. The most recent problem was a slab leak. They discussed my options and gave me the best solution. They are clean, professional, punctual, and they get the job done! If anyone ever asks me if I know a plumber, I will always say, “Superstition Plumbing!” They rock!

Used Diggers once before, that experience was good. Wish I could say the same for the second time we tried to use their services. Made an appt. with Joe, which was both verbal and by text and it had it be reshedule
On the day of because he took another job over my appt. Came the following day and looked over the job, (leaking tub faucet) said he would come the next day to fix it and we never heard from him. Very Unprofessional !

What a great team!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I had a broken water main and had the yard dug up when they got there because I thought I had it all figured out. Turns out I was wrong. They tried to work with me but in the end showed me what the problem really was. They gave me a fair bid on doing the work the right way. Then showed up and fixed the problem quickly and correctly. I fell very lucky to have found these guys. I will call them in the future for any other plumbing needs I have and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors. Thanks guys for doing such a great job.

Update****** July 17, 2023Our A/C stopped working the night of July 14th, a record-breaking heat day. I called Parker warranty, and they told me they couldn't get someone out until the next afternoon due to unprecedented demand for A/C service. While waiting, I was given timely updates as to when our technician Andrew Gonzales would arrive. Andrew arrived about 7 pm and even though he had been working steadily since 6 am, he was cheerful and ready to resolve our problem. Within 15 minutes, Andrew had our unit blowing ice cold air. He waited until he was sure our A/C was working properly and advised us that he’d be back the next day to install a factory “fix” to ensure our unit wouldn’t shut down again.I was blown away by Andrew’s professionalism. He’s highly trained, courteous, and confident. Undoubtably, Andrew is one of the many reasons why Parker & Son continues to lead HVAC industry in Arizona.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Considering the multitude of HVAC dealers to choose from, it's hard to decide which one will not let you down. I chose Parker and Sons due to many five star reviews and their long-term partnership with Costco. After making an appointment, Adam came to our house and made recommendations and estimated a replacement cost for our HVAC system. Adam is experienced and professional. He answered our questions and found the perfect system for us. He promised installation within 48 hours. Adam handled all the paper for product registration, rebates from APS and Costco and all other documentation. All I had to do was sign the contract and Adam did the rest. On our appointment date, the installers, Rito and Jesse arrived exactly on time at 7am. The entire HVAC system was installed in about 8 hours. Rito and Jesse were courteous and professional at all times. Our units and parts were delivered on schedule, Noise and dust were minimal and clean-up was amazing. By looking at our house afterwards, you'd never know we had a major project completed. Our system works perfectly and we're 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Parker & Sons.

This is the worse plunming services at all levels. Extremely unprofessional and does not respect appointments. Kept making promisses and lied eveytime. Did not show up for promised appointments multiple times. They made wrong diagnosis and were unable to cix a simple sink issue after two weeks of not showing up and lying. Advice for the wise. Stay away and find professional plummer that will respect your time.
