Justin did a great job. He unclogged the drains and installed a water line for our new refrigerator/freezer. I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

Robert W. And DuJuan were absolutely incredible to work with! They both take pride in the job they do and genuinely care about their customers . They were quick to respond, answered all of our questions, came back multiple times to make sure everything lined up prior to installation and throughout it all made sure we were comfortable with our decision. They didn’t force products on you and worked around what you desired for your home. Installation day all of our installers were professional, cleaned up after themselves and explained the system. We appreciate Parker and Sons and would definitely recommend!

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Every time I have to call a plumber it feels like a hostage situation. The team at plumbing medic make the process pretty painless. The first time I called them, it was 10pm and my main line to the septic clogged. I google searched for a company that could come out. Everyone including roto rooter said it would cost a minimum of 400.00 dollars (roto was 525.00) and almost all of them discouraged me from having someone come out and to have them come in the morning.... (so much for 24 hour service). The “medics” were super professional and sympathetic to the situation and didn’t bat an eye when I asked if they could come out that night. They only charged $160.00, and 99 of it was the emergency hours fee. Joe was on time and did an awesome job clearing the line quickly with no complaining about the hour.Fast forward 28 days. Same line clogged and i found out it was covered under their warranty. I was blown away. I’m not an expert, but I respect the fact that they aren’t taking advantage of people. Thanks to (Brandy?) the dispatcher as well. All the other company dispatchers were the ones trying to get me to book daytime appointments... high fives to all🙌🏻🙌🏻

Luis did an awesome and quick job diagnosing and cleaning out my slow drains, and gave me tips on how to prevent further back up. As well discussed what to look for to indicate need for further intervention.

If I could give no stars, I would have. My air conditioning unit was serviced by this company very recently. They told me that I needed a part, which I purchased for $200. After they installed the part, they told me it was the incorrect part. The capacitor I needed I was told would be $3000 for both the part and the installation. Upon receiving this news, I chose to get a second opinion. As it would turn out, the technician that installed the $200 part, did not hook it up correctly. Or at all as the wires were left loose and not plugged in, according to the second opinion technician. Due to this error, I had to pay an additional $70 for the second opinion technician to come and correct Chas Roberts' poor work. I am completely dissatisfied. This whole ordeal has left me traumatized and without air conditioning for much longer than was necessary. I urge you to strongly consider another company for your air conditioning needs.
