Greg did a great job and I appreciate how quickly PE was able to get him over here to replace my hot water heater.
I have an American Home Shield warranty but I know better than to have the AHS contract provider do my plumbing, I take the cash reimbursement in lieu of repair and call Plumbing Express because good plumbing matters.

Aaron came out to my house, I explain what the issue was and we came up with a plan. He was done cutting and soldering a u-joint in my pipe in 20 min. Could not have asked for better.

Had a 80+ foot main water line replaced from street to house via trenchless pipe replacement by Simply Better Plumbing. Only had to dig up areas around main water box and main line going into house. We were skeptical of this new method at first, but they were actually able to pull new water line underground entire way, i.e. under driveway, landscape and sidewalk. Can't say enough good stuff about this company. Installers were professional, aimed to please and were very amicable to work with. Owner Don swung by and introduced himself and helped with project. They cleaned up afterwards and you can't tell work was performed, landscape back to original condition. They honored their estimate even though they had to do some extra work and price for project was extremely reasonable. Very prompt and good follow thru with customer. We HIGHLY Recommend. Speed: Our gas hot-water heater went out so we had no hot water. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged Nick on Yelp, he responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. Nick (Plumber) told me what was going on with my hot water heater and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time on the phone with the hot water technical support people to confirm analysis.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. Norfleet Family Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. Norfleet Family Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.

I am happy with the quality of care that I have gotten the couple times that I have needed Davis Plumbing. The guys that came out were really nice and I never felt like they were being untrue to me or taking advantage of me. They came, fixed the problem, and left! Easy as that!!

David was very rude and short with me.....I tried to explain my issues with my sewer line and he said it was $250 to do a camera inspection, despite the fact my appointment was for a free estimate. ....I told him I had a video of the problem and wasn't willing to look at it and wasn't willing to discuss options unless I paid for a camera inspection.....I said he was very rude and short and I felt he didn't want to help and even if he was the cheap
est bid I wouldn't hire him .
