Jim came out first thing this morning and he was so nice, almost like having my dad here fixing things (except Jim knew what he was doing 😂)! He was super efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and gave me a good deal. I have used Parker & Sons in the past, and will definitely use them again! Such an amazing company!

This is the worse plunming services at all levels. Extremely unprofessional and does not respect appointments. Kept making promisses and lied eveytime. Did not show up for promised appointments multiple times. They made wrong diagnosis and were unable to cix a simple sink issue after two weeks of not showing up and lying. Advice for the wise. Stay away and find professional plummer that will respect your time.

Mike did a great job of installing our disposer! He is a great communicator and is very timely!

From the 1st call from Erica..ooo my what a pleasure to talk with. If ya have a bad day she perks ya up with just the type of voice that puts a smile on your face. Appt made within days. Casey came out to fix repair. Explained what had happened and how he was going to fix. I hope I never need him again, he will be in my list of great people and professionalism.

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!

I found that the tech assigned to my repairs to be very forthcoming about the reasons the repairs perhaps took longer and costed more than I anticipated. I only hope they backup their work if things aren't correct.
They were very professional at the office every time I contacted them. Pricing a little more than I am used to.we have rental units and this was the second highest pricing I have had to pay. Very professional though!

The overall Quality and Service is outstanding. We Highly recommend these guys!

Apparently they are out of business. Long story short, I gave them a $4500 deposit July 25, 2022.. Five months later, they are out of business….with a realtor lockbox on the door and a “traffic boot” on their trailer in the parking lot. No answer to daily phone calls for weeks. Broken promises, one obfuscation after another. This is the only time in my life I have ever said this about a business—they are CROOKS.
