I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) If you want a job done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and want a REASONABLE PRICE, and a timely response...don't wait like I did....CALL ROB NOW!

I had Anthony Martinez from Parker and Sons out to my house to flush my water heater and fix a kitchen leak. He was very friendly, efficient, courteous, did excellent work, and offered helpful suggestions. I will look forward to having Anthony as a technician for any future plumbing work. I find all the technicians I have used from Parker and Sons, whether it is AC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Water Softener work, are courteous, efficient, and do excellent work.

The work was done in 2020. It is now January 2022. So far no leaks and everything is working great. Good value, good work.

I found a leak under my kitchen sink - I’m new to the area and don’t have a plumber to call - panic! Doing an internet search I found Mike - very good reviews. Contacted him on his website - it’s now after hours but he called me immediately. He told me what to do to contain the leak and showed up the next day. After evaluating the problem I needed to replace shutoff valves, faucet, etc. Mike told me what to buy (brand) and he came back out to install everything after purchases were made. In the mean time I looked at other things Mike could help with and he looked after those as well. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Professional, courteous, quality work, fast and reasonable. I’m still new to the area but now I have a go to plumber. Highly recommended!

Leo was my service technician, and not only did he repair my leak he also assisted me by interpreting my groundskeeper's concerns with some irrigation issues and we were able to address those issues on the same visit. We had the twins out late September early October for an exclusion. The twins were professional and understanding but the gentleman that was scheduling the work was unreliable and kept changing the date. They did tell me that the twins wanted to be there with them to make sure the job went smooth , that I do respect. But sense then I have noticed rat activity in and around my home, I have called 3 different times and not gotten a call back. I am just wanting them to stand by there work but it does not seem to be happening. If anyone from there office reeds this they can look up my invoice and give me a call . If not we’ll I will no longer be sending busyness their way
