I've used Water Pros Plumbing for a few projects over the years and have received exceptional service every time! This most recent being a corroded valve/pipe that need to be replaced. They answered quickly when I called and were able to send someone out the next morning to get it fixed. I would highly recommend their services.

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) I had a particularly nasty grease clog that had rendered my kitchen sink and dishwasher useless for the better part of a month. After a different plumbing company came out to snake the line, it was determined that hydro-jetting was needed. Casey and Adam from State 48 arrived and used every tool in the toolbox to clear the blockage. They were professional, quick, clean and did a fantastic job. Dave and Chad were professional, punctual, and polite. Chad kept the space VERY organized and clean throughout the install, which took 2 days.
