They came to our 3 plex wen't into the unit next door and didn't even check to see if there was a chance of flooding our unit. When they turned the water on next door in the empty unit because the last plumber left the toilet off in our unit, our apartment completely flooded with perhaps 20 gallons of water. They made no effort to clean any of it up and were just going to leave our unit flooded, had no shop vac. Husband had to spend almost $80.00 to purchase one just to clean the water up. When you are on a job it's common practice to walk the area and look for any possible issues that might be present. Which they didn't do! Not at all professional!

I had a serious water line leak. I called early Friday morning and had a technician out to my home within hours ( I first called a competitor, who could not accommodate me until several days later.) The problem was determined to be a slab leak. The following day another tech came out to perform leak detection. He isolated the line then, shortly thereafter, 2 techs came out to do the repair which took about 5 hours to complete which included rerouting the line through the attic (which was probably hovering over 140 degrees.) These guys were cracker jack at what they do, very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Frankly, I was stunned that this repair was able to be completed in the relatively short time span since I had initially reported it. The house had very little downtime regarding water usage. A BIG THANK YOU to Alex and Isaac, for the repairs, Mike, for his leak detection expertise and Matt, who saved me hundreds of dollars for what turned out to be an unrelated issue. In a heartbeat I would recommend Parker and Sons for their responsiveness to what otherwise could have been disastrous to the interior of my home. I know where I'm going for my next plumbing problem, albeit, hopefully not for a long while. You would be well served in contacting them. BTW, they do a lot more than just plumbing. Highly recommended! Joe from Holly Plumbing Solutions fixed a shower leak I had. After assessing the pipes thoroughly and noticing some additional rusting, he was upfront about his concerns and gave me options for addressing it. I stuck to the original job I was quoted but appreciated his extra insight. Work was completed fast and effectively, thank you!

Wade was fantastic. He was at our home within an hour of our call for help. He replaced a broken shower connection. He had a special tool that greatly prevented a very bad complication of having to go through another wall.

I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.
