Chad came to install a microwave that I purchased at Lowe’s. He was courteous, considerate and efficient. He went above and beyond. Also Leanna who called to schedule the installation was very pleasant and efficient. Overall a very good experience. I would call them for any future plumbing needs I might have.

I've used Water Pros Plumbing for a few projects over the years and have received exceptional service every time! This most recent being a corroded valve/pipe that need to be replaced. They answered quickly when I called and were able to send someone out the next morning to get it fixed. I would highly recommend their services.

I have worked with Joe on several jobs...small jobs such as replacing new fixtures, and large jobs, replacing old sewer main lines, in the yard and under concrete. Technician found the issue quickly and allowed me to go purchase the part and install it myself, saving me a lot of money. I gladly paid the service fee instead of over $300 for the $11 capacitor that took me under 3 minutes to replace. I understand paying a fee for the technician’s knowledge, ability and time, but that’s a bit much. All in all I’m still very happy with Parker and Sons and the fact that they allowed me to fix it myself.

Hindsight plumbing fixed our garbage disposal - they responded quickly, did excellent work, and were reasonably priced. They will be our “go- to” for all plumbing needs
