We had Darrell come out for a walk through as I thought we had a leak. He easily could have confirmed my fears & charged me for work that didn't need to be done. If I ever do have a plumbing or HVAC issue, he'll be the first one I call! He was very thorough & gave us lots of good info on preventing issues & explained how a lot of household systems work. THANK YOU!!!

I called to ask about a drain problem, and Ryan from Evolution Plumbing talked to me FROM HIS VACATION and gave me a couple of low-budget solutions to try that he thought might take care of the problem. He told me exactly what to buy, how often to do it, and I am not even a paying customer! I will definitely be calling Evolution when it is time for any other plumbing work.

Jared came out for a free estimate which ending up costing me $180. Said I needed to replace the hot water line and said it would cost $1800 and would take 6-7 hours to do. I scheduled the work to be done. Jared and Justin showed up (late) to do the work but said it was more complicated than Jared had said initially and they would have to reschedule and that the work would be around $5500. Justin said he would call me with the exact quote and plan. He never called. After several days and calls to them, Tammy finally sent me the new estimate which was now $8750 and would not include repairing the walls they needed to damage to do the work with no plan on when they could do it or how long it would take. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
