I purchased a home in Sun City, my plumbing had a backup. I called Rooter Hero to snake the line. I asked if the can send a camera down the line at which they performed at no charge. Although the results came back with the old cast iron piping being completely shot. On the monitor you can see the cast iron had rotted out almost the entire length of the pipe to the street. It was just terrible news and very pricy, so i got several bids for a full pipe replacement procedure called Pipe Bursting, where they bore through the excisting piping with a new ABS pipe, pulling it through hydraulically. Rooter Hero gave me the best bid out of severalsof the valleys top compeditors. Being that over 25 years ago I had 5 contractors licenses, one being plumbing, I can tell you they did an excellent job in a professional manner. I would recommend Rooter Hero without reservations, they were a hard working crew, Rocky the Supervisor was very knowledgeable, along with Adam, Chris and a couple others were excellent plumbers. Kendall was recommended to me by my regular plumber, Hacienda Plumbing Inc in Gilbert. I called Kendall Plumbing and Rooter about my clogged drain at 4pm in the afternoon. They were there by 6pm, cleared the drain and charged me a very reasonable price. Scott was the technician and he was professional, thorough and wore a well fitted cloth mask the entire time. I realize why my regular plumber would recommend them for clogged drains and sinks. Highly recommend!

I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL

I called your office for the price of a service call for a plumber and I was told there was no charge at less we do the work and you accept the price .
I had a compleate faucet set for my bathtub waiting and a bathtub faucet spout waiting.
I was told that will be $585.00 to replace the whole set. I said no to that and ask how much for the faucet spout? Your plumber said : I'll probably won't charge you for that I appreciated and said Ok just put the spout.
Then he said that it was $185.00 and asked me to signed. I was completely surprised because all he did is remove the hose that was connected to the water and put the spout on.
If I had not called to ask for the price of the service call I would blame me for not asking questions. I was told by your office no charge if I didn't accept the work. You plumber said no charge
How, then, I ended up with a $185.00 bill?
I feel that it was very deceptive in your part.
