My A/C stopped blowing cool air at 6:00 pm, it was 110 outside. Within one hours it was 84 inside my house. I call two providers leaving messages for after hour service needed. 911 Heating Cooling and Plumbing called back within 10 minutes and they were immediately concerned. A technician was dispatched to my house and arrived by 7:30 pm. I was so relieved to get such a quick response. It did not take him 10 minutes to diagnose the problem, he had the part in his truck and it was repaired and blowing cold air within 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and He was so courteous and kind. I am so grateful, and absolutely relish in my cool air. Thank you 911 Heating Cooling and Plumbing, your the best and I would absolutely recommend your service to all my friends and family.

New emergency service was necessary a year later. Again the response was immediate and they again were prepared to repair with the correct parts. It’s 115 outside today and my ac was back up and cooling within 2 hours. Thanks again ‼️‼️

12/21/21 Love these guys. They have helped me several times, twice when my AC went out, during hot weather. They responded so quickly and the unit was repaired within hours. They have also replaced my hot water heater, I did wait several days for that replacement, but understandably, I realized it was out on a Saturday. They do great work and reasonably priced, I have done the comparisons. Very personable, willing to explain and discuss options. I really trust and believe they have my best interest at heart. Thanks

I had a huge problem with my sewer pipes and I called A Choice Plumbing. They came out and fixed everything in no time! They were very professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again!

Rainforest is always my first call when I have AC or plumbing issues. In January our water bill was through the roof and I had no idea why. I called rainforest to come check the plumbing and sure enough I had a minor leak that had been going on for awhile. They fixed it and our bill has been normal since. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a toilet that was running almost constantly. The tech was very helpful and recommended a few options, I went with the cheapest option, replacing some seals. Unfortunately the toilet is still running, but less frequently and shorter periods. Unfortunately I will eventually have to replace the toilet, which was the most expensive option. Hopefully I can get some type of discount or pro-rate, since the first option didn't fully fix the issue.

Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident. The plumbers won't rest until you're happy with the results.

UPDATE: A YEAR AFTER THE INSTALL DUKES OF AIR CONTINUE TO DELIVER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO SERVICING MY UNIT.After speaking with a few less reputable AC companies (sent by my home warranty company), I decided to get some information I could feel more confident in. I read reviews on line and opted on Dukes of Air based on what I learned. I am much more at ease with my experience with Dukes of Air. While I have not been led to believe an easy fix is in the future, I believe there is a manageable fix in the future and that Dukes of Air wants to be and can be of service to me. I'll keep you posted but as of now I'm thrilled.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Mike from Ryco came out to our house to fix a shower and was quick, professional and nice. He seemed to know his stuff, and came back out to my house quickly when I had a follow up question. I wouldn't hesitate to call Ryco for my next plumbing project.

Very questionable business practices; avoid doing business with Minuteman. I'd give zero stars if I could. My elderly parents called Minuteman to solve a simple problem: They weren't getting hot water quickly to their farthest faucet. They have a recirculating pump on their water heater that's supposed to keep the hot water circulating but, the timer was off. Ernie Merrill, General Manager/Owner of Minuteman, visited them and somehow talked my frail dad into replacing his perfectly good water heater, replacing his perfectly good recirculating pump, replacing his perfectly good water treatment system, installing a new whole house water filter and a new reverse osmosis system in their kitchen...all to the tune of $6,800.00, and he took a $3,500 deposit from them. His written estimate was a complete joke; most of the stuff he proposed to do was not on the written estimate. Ernie said something about codes on the sheet that only he knew how to interpret. Fortunately, my parents cancelled the contract within the 3-day period. Hopefully, they will get their deposit check back uncashed (banks aren't open today). Look at the reviews for this company on the BBB website, on Yelp, and on Google. They are not, for the most part, very good. The BBB complaints are particularly disturbing. I spoke to Ernie and exchanged text messages with him; he was particularly concerned that I was besmirching his reputation. He doesn't need my help...all you have to do is a little research online...he's done a very good job of trashing his own reputation.

Signed contract 7/25/2022 sent 6,650.00, it is now January 10th, nothing done, can't get ahold of anyone.
