several years ago i purchased a solar hot water heater to work along side my regular hot water heater. The solar hot water heater had. finally seen its last. i contacted the manufacturer in Tennessee and asked for the AZ service people and they connected me with BSJ Plumbing & Appliance. Fred was able to arrive earlier than the selected time, which was perfect. He covered all the work that needed to be done; we agreed on a couple of additional items and he got busy. it was a long and difficult job. Fred did a terrific job and cleaned up after himself completely. I would definitely recommend Bsj and especially Fred!!

Gregg also installed a flow water monitor and a new water softener. He is professional and thoroughly explains his work to the customer.

On time and great response to our request as we ready to purchase our home.

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

These people are awesome! They come when they are scheduled, send a picture of the tech, they are kind and efficient. I always use them. I cannot say enough good things about them

Called Plumbsmart to clear out a laundry line and place a wax ring on the toliet. Work was completed throughly and the tech was polite, professional, and courteous. He told me what he was going to do before doing it. I enjoy having Plumbsmart techs come out to my home. I was also shown potential problematic areas that will need attention and given a free quote. I had a plumber from a different company sent by my home warranty who said it was just a grout issue after 5 minutes, but Adrian from Schroeder listened to me when I explained the issue and took extra time to make sure he found the actual source of the leak. If you’re looking for a good and honest plumber I’d say this is a solid company to go with

We called at 6pm for an air conditioning unit that was not blowing any air. We were told we would get a call back about when someone was coming out. We never received a call and instead called them again at 730pm. They said we were on a list and next for the technician. We called for a third time at 10pm and we’re told we are next but cannot give a time estimate. We waited over night and no call came through. We called back at 5am and the call center representative was rude and unhelpful. He said the company closed at 630pm and didn’t know who we were speaking with all those times. He offered no resolution and told us to call back yet AGAIN at 630am. The company is a fraud and will not help in an emergency. The 24 hour help is nonexistent and not a real thing as advertised.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

I needed to replace the main water shut-off outside my house. I called Ralph about 1pm and he was able to come at 2.30pm the same day, Friday afternoon. Job was completed perfectly within 1 hour, and he also had the part needed to repair an anti-siphon valve for the irrigation supply. Very pleased, top marks, highly recommended.

We had the twins out late September early October for an exclusion. The twins were professional and understanding but the gentleman that was scheduling the work was unreliable and kept changing the date. They did tell me that the twins wanted to be there with them to make sure the job went smooth , that I do respect. But sense then I have noticed rat activity in and around my home, I have called 3 different times and not gotten a call back. I am just wanting them to stand by there work but it does not seem to be happening. If anyone from there office reeds this they can look up my invoice and give me a call . If not we’ll I will no longer be sending busyness their way
