Best Sewer Repair in Memphis TN

I woke up Sunday morning to see the street flooded from my water main. I just had a plumber “repair” it 2 days ago and it burst again! I called Mr. Degan on Sunday to leave a VM. He called me back within 10 min and said that he was at church and would come to me in 1 hr. He did come and fixed the leak the same day. I had water again in 5 hrs! Mr. Degan was a God-sent to me! I called several other plumbers before I reached Mr. Degan and they all were either too busy or gave me a crazy estimate of $1,700 (from Conway Services)! Mr. Degan fixed my water main for $375! Mr. Degan is a deeply religious man and he treats his customers like God would want him to do so. Unfortunately, you will not be able to find such an honest plumber. Did I say that Mr. Degan was God-sent to me?!

This was our first time using this company for a project this size, and they were absolutely amazing! Stephen was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our problem. Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. They left the kitchen faucet worse than it was when they came out finally (after standing me up for the first appointment). Now are telling me they are going to charge me for another visit for fixing something they made worse. They didn't tighten down the disposal so water went everywhere which I fixed myself, but the sink still leaks (worse than before) and shoots water out of the top of the faucet when you move the over tightened neck/stem which is a new issue. I recommend not using them as they do not stand behind their work and are uncommunicative - tell me they will call me back but do not.

I experienced a clogged sink issue after Thanksgiving. Four days later, after leaving messages for two plumbers I had previously hired, I had still not heard back from them. I called Anthony, the plumber, on a Sunday. They were available on Monday. The issue was resolved, the professional showed up on time, and there was constant, transparent communication throughout. After the problem was fixed, extra care was taken to keep the area neat and secure. Caleb performed admirably. strongly advise. Excellent support!

I am so thankful for Dalton's expertise help today. Our family was not able to have guest in our home at the time and even though he couldn't personally come out and help us, he went above and beyond to help us understand how to fix our leak ourselves until they can come at a later date.
