Best Plumbing Pipe Repair in Memphis TN

We had our master bathroom torn out and remodeled. Dennis replaced our plumbing pipes, water lines and installed all the fixtures. Super job! I highly recommend Bill Brown Plumbing.

I woke up Sunday morning to see the street flooded from my water main. I just had a plumber “repair” it 2 days ago and it burst again! I called Mr. Degan on Sunday to leave a VM. He called me back within 10 min and said that he was at church and would come to me in 1 hr. He did come and fixed the leak the same day. I had water again in 5 hrs! Mr. Degan was a God-sent to me! I called several other plumbers before I reached Mr. Degan and they all were either too busy or gave me a crazy estimate of $1,700 (from Conway Services)! Mr. Degan fixed my water main for $375! Mr. Degan is a deeply religious man and he treats his customers like God would want him to do so. Unfortunately, you will not be able to find such an honest plumber. Did I say that Mr. Degan was God-sent to me?!

The customer service was wonderful. However, my repair man recommended Smith’s Plumbing to repair a leaking tub faucet, they repaired the same problem for him for $125. I was charged a hurtful $286.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Anthony took the time to meticulously check my basement's amenities to make sure they complied with all the inn regulations. He discussed the prices and his intentions in great detail. He provided exceptional client help. He made design suggestions that improved the use of the area. Outstanding customer service and attention to each individual order were provided. If I had the money, I would start the project immediately now, and in that case, I would feel extremely comfortable.

After a plumbing issue about 6 weeks ago we found out we needed to have our old main replaced so we hired Mitch Wright plumbing to handle it. I've dealt with multiple miscommunications with the company about scheduling and when things would be completed as well as what seems like a different tech or group of techs every time they make it over. Most recently they were scheduled 2 weeks out to add dirt to a hole and then showed up without dirt. (!?) They came back 2 days later with dirt, but now it's started raining again, which they can't work in, and I'm not sure again how long I'll have to deal with this.

Technician very nice and answered all my questions. Just a little pricey but good work.
