Best Water Heaters Tankless Water Heaters in Memphis TN

They came out to my house within 30 minutes of being called when my usual company couldn’t make it out until the next day

I have used Culpepper for all of our family homes and suggested them to many other friends,however after my last two experiences with this company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Our last experience with this company was a TOTAL DISASTER after 3 hours and not fixing a toilet and making black hand prints and black shoe marks on white wool carpet the 2 people decided to leave the job. I think it was a good time for them to do so. In ending I would give this company a negative 5 star rating. Maybe it is time for this family business to CLOSE.

Fantastic job and very friendly people. Billy and Austin were knowledgeable and were accommodating and understanding of our house full of pets.

Our air had been out for a week in our sunroom. I blamed it on the high heat and humidity. I finally called Wright who installed our unit a little over a year ago. A young man came out late afternoon and fixed it. Now I feel really stupid repeating what the problem was but we had never cleaned the filters. We didn’t know where they were at. This young man wasn’t upset about it and didn’t make fun of us just showed us how to do it. He was polite courteous kind and patient. And knowledgeable. His name is Dalton. God bless him!! We can now enjoy our sunroom again.

This company is outstanding! After scheduling with them, they went to our property, called me with an estimate, then promptly performed the service work. They then sent me a bill electronically with pictures and video of the completed work! Outstanding service, highly recommend! I have never had any problems of any kind with this company. They are always prompt, courteous, professional and they give you your options and cost before they do any work. Once again, a couple days ago I was not disappointed when Ray was here to help me with a few different issues I was having. Top notch company and employees. Great service and excellent technician who provided all details

Warren C. was very knowledgeable in his job. He explained everything before he did it, and when he was completed. He tested everything to ensure it was working and in good order. I have his card, and would recommend his work to anyone in the Clarksville TN area. Warren C. is also an Army Veteran so please give him preference if you want the job done well, and done right.

Would not recommend. They were responsible for the plumbing in our house. After moving in we discovered there was a problem with the sewage not draining properly. 3 other plumbers came out to give advice and all 3 said it was not done at the proper grade. That it was trying to flow uphill and well we all know that doesn't work. After we found out Legacy did the plumbing we called them to see if they would fix their mistake. They said it was probably due to settling. I don't think so. Our house is at the bottom of a hill and they connected it to the city at the top of a hill. It should have never been connected there according to 3 other plumbing companies. They refused to help unless we of course hired them to fix what they should've done in the first place.
