I am very happy with the work that James did in replacing my kitchen faucet. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. As promised, he called to notify me that he was on his way to my house, and he arrived well within the appointment window. I also appreciate the fact that he explained what my options were in either repairing or replacing the faucet, and he did not pressure me to choose the more expensive option. Been using Mitch Wright for about 15 years and they are always courteous and helpful. This time my tech was Xavier and he was very nice and informative and did a great job. Courtney is an excellent dispatcher. She calls ahead of time as promised and has very nice phone personality.

I requested service from River City Plumbing for my bathroom sink. The sink would fill up with water on its own and I had no idea how to fix it. Elio Ugalde and Jonathan Avanzi arrived at my home promptly from River City. They greeted me with an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude and they were ready to fix my problem. They took their time to address the issue and assess all of the possible solutions. They worked diligently while staying careful and aware. They managed to fix my sink and they cleaned up any mess that was made in the process and now my sink is running like new again.

I cannot highly recommend their service enough.

Have had Ray Baker Plumbing out to our house twice now, and both times they were fast, friendly, decently priced, and honest. The plumber could have easily convinced me that more work was necessary (I know next to nothing about plumbing), but he assured me that the problem was minor and easily fixed. HIGHLY recommended.

They sent out two gentlemen the day after I called about a leak. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They ended up fixing 3 different leaks very efficiently and reasonably. The serviceman, Troy, was great! I will use this company again.
