Best Water Heater Installation / Replacement in Memphis TN

I have never experienced a person or company go above and beyond what Dustin and Smith's Plumbing did. I live in Nashville and my elderly parents are in Collierville. They really needed some work done and my mother was in the hospital so I came in town for that of course. Dustin was so responsive and took into account what I was going through with a sick parent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SMITH'S PLUMBING SERVICES WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS!! I would give them 10 stars if I could !

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

Hired them to do a complete plumbing job including adding a bathroom. They never finished the job. I have leaks in all 3 bathrooms! Called and no one ever came back out nor returned the call. Had to hire someone else to finish their work. Plus the plumber smoked inside my house and left ashes on the floor!

Don’t be fooled, I’m pretty sure most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake/paid. What I got was the reality, which was after giving and confirming a time to come, they never showed up and never responded to any further messages. I got completely ghosted because this isn’t a real business. Live and learn.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

I love this Company it is the only one I trust! Chase was knowledgeable and quick and fixed my problem even though it was probably time for him to get off work and he didnt mind making sure my plumbing problem was fixed before he went home!

Roger came to my house on a Sunday at 9:00AM to fix my AC and was excellent and a sweet guy. Will call back for any of my problems!

Mr. Steve and Jonathan were a pleasure to work with. They walked us thru every step of the shower knob conversion (went from 3 knobs to 1). Talking to Jonathan for the repair/pricing and scheduling was easy and he was very professional. Would definitely use them for any other repairs/improvements.

David Cummings from Stewart Plumbing knows his information and shared it well. We had a leak somewhere but didn’t know where. David checked all faucets and sinks and toilets and the water heater. What he found was that the water heater was leaking. He thought of all possible solutions and presented the best fix.

These guys are my go to for not only my traditional heating and ac units, but also for my very very very ancient midtown boiler. They are super fast to respond, reasonably priced, but most importantly every tech they ve sent has been polite and extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on. I am so happy to have found Baker!

We had a clogged sewer drain on a rainy Sunday and we called Roto Rooter, they explained that Sunday's were after hour rates, so we asked them to call us Monday to schedule a service call. Within 30 minutes the tech on call for Sunday called us, JOSH WAS AWESOME, not only did he come out within an hour but he only charged us the regular rate. LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! We have used them several times through the years and we have always been very satisfied with the service we have received.
