Best Sewer Repair / Replacement in Memphis TN

I was very pleased with the service that Smith's provided. James and Cody were so helpful, very polite, and did an excellent job of replacing our outside sewer line. James was very knowledgeable about the work to be done and what the city's role in this process is.We were out of town during the two days that the work was done and they provided a step by step report of their progress by way of texts and photos.The prices were extremely reasonable and I felt very comfortable with all aspects of the job.I can highly recommend this company, especially for doing the same type of work that we had done.

They came out in less than 30mins after I called for a non emergency, located and fixed the problem right away, made no mess, very friendly and price was fair.

This place is terrible. Call somewhere else first. I had someone come out for a minor issue, issue didn’t get fixed and still had to pay $175. The so called manager said she would send someone else out and of course they never came. When I called back, the manager was gone and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Lying to customers and making them pay for services not rendered. Go somewhere else.

I experienced a clogged sink issue after Thanksgiving. Four days later, after leaving messages for two plumbers I had previously hired, I had still not heard back from them. I called Anthony, the plumber, on a Sunday. They were available on Monday. The issue was resolved, the professional showed up on time, and there was constant, transparent communication throughout. After the problem was fixed, extra care was taken to keep the area neat and secure. Caleb performed admirably. strongly advise. Excellent support!

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

I called on Tim Ferguson Electric, after 5p one day when we had some exposed, live wires in some old landscaping lights located in our front flower bed, which sparked a fire. The lady who answered the phone, I think her name was Amy, was very, very nice and prompt! A technician was on site in less than 30 minutes, capped off the current and the cost totally took me by surprize! MUCH less than I thought it was going to be!! I rate Tim Ferguson a solid 100 A+!

I honestly appreciate this company. They were friendly. THEY They replaced a faucet for my mom.They came the same day and the price was reasonable. It didn't take very long either. I would definitely call them back .

I requested service from River City Plumbing for my bathroom sink. The sink would fill up with water on its own and I had no idea how to fix it. Elio Ugalde and Jonathan Avanzi arrived at my home promptly from River City. They greeted me with an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude and they were ready to fix my problem. They took their time to address the issue and assess all of the possible solutions. They worked diligently while staying careful and aware. They managed to fix my sink and they cleaned up any mess that was made in the process and now my sink is running like new again.

I cannot highly recommend their service enough.

Immediate response for VIP member . Raymond Wood did an excellent, thorough repair and replacement of tub faucets. He explained my repair options and costs. He dtsyed with service until it was perfect. First time I requested service as a VIP customer. It is well worth the extra fee. Repair cost seemed high, but guarantees were worth it. Will continue to call on Stewart Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Installed HVAC 10 years ago, called Aug 19th to renew service/maintenance contract and no response in 3 weeks. Totally unhelpful in selecting a new thermostat, only wanted to bash and say folks have issues. I was trying to get them to recommend a thermostat that I would buy from them. Will never give them another dollar of business.

I paid $89.00 to receive an outrageous quote of $2200 to replace a 30 gallon water heater! The water heater retails for $469.00 at Lowe’s and it took 20 minutes to let the old one drain & 1 hour to install it. Roto-Rooter replaced my water line last year so I trusted this company. The online ads say 24 hours of emergency service but I was quoted it would be done 4 days later. I have lost all trust in this company due to false advertising and outrageous prices.
