Will with Smith’s Plumbing came today due to a water heater problem. I highly recommend him. He was excellent, professional, prompt, and extremely nice. Although we couldn’t afford another hot water heater, he fixed the leaking.I would definitely hire him again. I was very pleased with his quality of work, his honesty, and cleanliness.

i had a sewer back up on 2 toilets, I called on a Saturday afternoon around 3 pm, and Bobby, a on call technician was at my house by 4 pm. What an outstanding and hard working guy. He didn't stop until he figured out the problem. I would recommend this company and Bobby to Anyone out there who's needing a quick turnaround and nothing but professionalism. Thank you All Clear.

He provided exceptional client help. He made design suggestions that improved the use of the area. Outstanding customer service and attention to each individual order were provided. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! As a club member I scheduled a light fixture to be installed. They no showed this appointment. Brian Ferguson called me yesterday afternoon to reschedule the appointment. He told me they would be here between 8am-10am. They no showed this appointment also. I paid $420.00 last year to be a club member. Do NOT hire this company for ANYTHING!!

I would highly recommend Memphis Sewer and Water. They came to evaluate the plumbing issue and give us a second opinion. Their proposed solution was much less destructive to our yard (than the 1st opinion), and it included bringing all of the work up to code, as well as a 10 year warranty. Very professional & service oriented!

We had very BAD experience dealing with this company. After pressure test, they broke our water heater and provided wrong diagnosis and ask us to replace gas control valve. MLGW technician indicated to us they have put too much pressure to cause the water heater male function during pressure test. We bought gas control valve and they replaced it but the water heater is still not working. We ask them to take the part off so we can return it but THEY REFUSE TO GO BACK TO TAKE THE PART OFF. The front desk lady was super RUDE and would not give customer any chance to speak. They charged $1200 to get pressure test passed. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY.
