John is Great! He was on time for the appointment and very professional. He wore his mask and shoe covers when entering the home. He explained, in detail, the situation. He also checked on other issues within the home and provided me an estimate for those future repairs. I am more than happy with my choice to work with Smiths Plumbing. I will be using their services again and highly recommend this company.

My mom, Janis, is the one who used the service but she does not have a Google account; here is her review below:The sales/service men Nick and Ian came out here on the first day to give my furnace it's yearly cleaning and check up. Nick took my blower assembly out and checked it throughly. In doing so, he discovered my gas furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and could not be repaired. They would have to cut gas off to my furnace. My outside compressor was old too and had repairs for the last three years. They explained the many ways I would benefit from replacing both and was absolutely correct. Ian sat down with me and explained my different options including pricing and payments until we found something that was a perfect fit. The installation team, Jake and Ramon came in a couple of days and installed whole complete new HVAC system They were very very professional and courteous. As they went along with the install they answered any questions I had. They knew exactly what they were doing, and had it installed and cleaned up in the timeframe promised. Nick came back after the install and did a duct cleaning. He is very friendly and did a fantastic job. Very thorough and cleaned up as he went along. Thanks Service Experts for hiring such great people. On time, courteous, knowledgable, thorough and efficient, leaving no mess. And yes competitive pricing and total protection for ten years. I would HIGHLY recommend Service Experts! :)

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

Jonathan and his dad, Steve were more than willing to work with me and accommodate my needs and schedule. They were able to do things other plumbers had told me they could not do. I experienced a clogged sink issue after Thanksgiving. Four days later, after leaving messages for two plumbers I had previously hired, I had still not heard back from them. I called Anthony, the plumber, on a Sunday. They were available on Monday. The issue was resolved, the professional showed up on time, and there was constant, transparent communication throughout. After the problem was fixed, extra care was taken to keep the area neat and secure. Caleb performed admirably. strongly advise. Excellent support!

We do NOT feel safe knowing Paul could be sent to our home after displaying such violent and agressive behavior!!! We are Refusing to continue doing or sending business here until Paul Staples is terminated!! We advise for the safety of your loved ones to look ANYWHERE else!!

((Please read)) and highly not Recommend unprofessional service I do not Recommend this plumber for anybody here in Memphis when the guy show up he said he going to charge me 400$ for leaking issue I said ok fixed so he was like let schedule another day I said that's fine so he suppose to be show up on Saturday..they keep changing my schedule for (5 Times ) so they call me they was like ok since we keep canceling your schedule we going give you discount i was like thank you so AFTER 3 days guy call me we going charge you 450 !! AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months
