Excellent company, fantastic employees. Charlie was very helpful, kind, and courteous. He explained what he was doing as he did it, answered all questions, and even let the kids watch and learn. This is a fantastic company, we will continue to go to them for all services they offer.

Excellent customer service. My cold water line in the kitchen was leaking, and I made it worse by messing with it and trying to tighten it incorrectly. Couldn’t stop the leak so turned off the mains and called Tim Ferguson after hours. The operator got me on the line with a technician, and he was able to diagnose the problem immediately over the phone. Saved me a ton of stress and money. Will definitely be calling them in the future for plumbing service.

Hiller services our AC Unit. We actually bought a new unit from them. John did an excellent job and gave a lot of useful tips. Our problem was solved quickly and they are very knowledgeable. I have always had a great experience with them and would highly recommend Hiller. Ask for John!!

Installed HVAC 10 years ago, called Aug 19th to renew service/maintenance contract and no response in 3 weeks. Totally unhelpful in selecting a new thermostat, only wanted to bash and say folks have issues. I was trying to get them to recommend a thermostat that I would buy from them. Will never give them another dollar of business.

Mr. Barry Brewer was very patient. I was running a little late returning home and when I arrived he greeted me with a smile. Mr. Brewer explained the duty of the machine he was using to clear my washer line. He also suggested pointers which may assist with clearing the washer line every other month. ((Please read)) and highly not Recommend unprofessional service I do not Recommend this plumber for anybody here in Memphis when the guy show up he said he going to charge me 400$ for leaking issue I said ok fixed so he was like let schedule another day I said that's fine so he suppose to be show up on Saturday..they keep changing my schedule for (5 Times ) so they call me they was like ok since we keep canceling your schedule we going give you discount i was like thank you so AFTER 3 days guy call me we going charge you 450 !! AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months
