Excellent service! We have used them for years and would definitely recommend them. Just had our service today and our Technician was Chris (265-00303). He was very friendly, didn't mind explaining things and was quiet enough that he didn't even wake up our 2 year old sleeping just a couple of doors down from where he worked.Thanks again!!

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Please accept my sincere gratitude.

They left the kitchen faucet worse than it was when they came out finally (after standing me up for the first appointment). Now are telling me they are going to charge me for another visit for fixing something they made worse. They didn't tighten down the disposal so water went everywhere which I fixed myself, but the sink still leaks (worse than before) and shoots water out of the top of the faucet when you move the over tightened neck/stem which is a new issue. I recommend not using them as they do not stand behind their work and are uncommunicative - tell me they will call me back but do not.

We called Tim Ferguson after our air went out on a weekend. Our appointment was scheduled for 7-9 pm but Casey actually showed up around 2. It turned out to be the condenser and he was able to go get one and install it by 5! We have used Tim Ferguson for years and have always been pleased with their response and work!

Jermaine was an absolute dream. He was knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I highly recommend Jermaine and Roto-Rooter!

Remember the days when plumbers didn't show up on time, or at the very end of the scheduled time window? Not these guys. Prompt and professional, very organized and even cleaned up everything with dustpan and broom and a very attractive price too!
