Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. Deceptive business practices. Asked for kitchen faucet installation and estimate on leaking basement drain. Was told that two plumbers would come if required to do the job. Since job was a simple kitchen faucet installation, only one plumber was needed. But one plumber came and along with his very inexperienced apprentice. They charged $80 per hour for each for over five hours. Plumber was competent and polite, but left house with faucet failing to shut off properly and without giving estimate. I called the office about 10 times asking for assistance with persistent leaking faucet and for the promised estimate on basement drain. Receptionist was invariably polite, but the return call she promised multiple times from the manager never came. We finally had to call another plumber to fix the faucet and the basement drain. Exorbitant prices. Terrible value. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

All Clear Techs came out to our home twice and failed to properly diagnose the plumbing issue but charged us $440. They came out a third time as a “courtesy” to unstop the sewer drain less than a week after they cleared it. During the courtesy call, we were told we needed a $2,500 repair job and they wanted to come out the same day. We called another company for a second opinion that cost another $375. We are out close to $1,000 because of the All - Clear mis - diagnosis. Finally, on the second call to our home, the Tech showed me a photo of roots that came from our drain. Well, unbeknownst to the Tech, we have cameras all over our property and DID NOT see him pull anything from the drain ON CAMERA. That could be criminal sir! We used your service in good faith and got scammed. So don’t complain when we DON’T use your small minority business! All Clear, you have to do better by your clients.

Anthony took the time to meticulously check my basement's amenities to make sure they complied with all the inn regulations. He discussed the prices and his intentions in great detail. He provided exceptional client help. He made design suggestions that improved the use of the area. Outstanding customer service and attention to each individual order were provided. If I had the money, I would start the project immediately now, and in that case, I would feel extremely comfortable.

I called Mitch Wright for an estimate on a water pressure valve. I ended up getting the water pressure valve and joining the club for even more services. Even tile remodeling in my bathroom!! Everyone has been responsive and on time. I’m glad I joined the club!

AFTER HOURS and WEEKENDS!

The Friday night before we were headed to the beach I was in the garage packing my truck and noticed an odd sound coming from my breaker panel that sounded like a 1930’s science fiction movie (or bacon cooking). NOT good! I noticed this around 10 PM. It was the breaker dedicated to my HVAC system. I called several places I found on google and had NO luck. Even the ones bragging they have after hour techs. I’d call them, be told a tech would call back in 30 minutes. Never got a single call. So…I finally found Tim Ferguson and made the call around 12:30 am. Had it not been for my iPhone going into Do Not Disturb mode I would have seen that Roger had called me back around 12:45 in the morning (and he would have come out then to fix the problem right then). Not hearing the phone ring and growing tired of looking for a contractor I fell asleep knowing we were not leaving for the beach at our scheduled 6 AM time on Saturday. I had planned on waking up and gong to a nearby electrician business and sitting on their porch in order to get help (rather than calling them).

When I woke, I saw that Roger Lemons (Memphis office) had called me twice during the wee hours of the morning (Kudo’s to him). I called him back before i could get the sleep out of my eyes due to the urgency of our situation. He immediately answered the phone, asked me to describe the problem, I told him of my vacation timeline and in less than 45 minutes he was knocking on my door. Roger quickly evaluated the problem, had the parts on his truck, fixed the arching breaker and was well on his way to the next call in less than one hour. ALL done before the local electrician shop would have opened! Roger was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have now added Tim Ferguson’s contact information to my phone’s contact list. They will be the FIRST place I call from now on should I have any electrical needs!

After hours or on weekends, make Tim Ferguson the FIRST place you call! I could not be happier with the level of service and prompt attention to my problem.
