The service has not yet been performed, but so far their service has been great! A neighbor highly recommended them, & I messaged them on their website. Amber called me first thing this morning, and since it looks like I’ll need a tree removed first, went out of her way to find someone to (hopefully) do that for me. As promised, she called me back this afternoon with a name & number. Fingers crossed, & praying that everything works out! Romans 8:28.

I had a appointment with the company between the hours of 11-1, so I had to take the day off work. The technician never showed up, nor was I called by the company until after 3pm.

Courtney and Chase were both so helpful. I needed someone to come quickly and they were on it! Courtney was so friendly and helpful on the phone. Chase did a great job and was helpful in answering all our questions. We would definitely recommend Mitch Wright Plumbing!

We called Tim Ferguson after our air went out on a weekend. Our appointment was scheduled for 7-9 pm but Casey actually showed up around 2. It turned out to be the condenser and he was able to go get one and install it by 5! We have used Tim Ferguson for years and have always been pleased with their response and work!

Kitchen sink leaking. Trey installed new sink strainer, tail piece and new pea trap. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable and polite.

David was here just minutes after 8 for a 8-9 arrival time and consulted me regarding the materials cost /benefit so I could make an informed decision. He went out to get those agreed on materials and when he returned went promptly to work. He put in a new kitchen faucet and added a soap dispenser. It looks beautiful and works like a dream! He then tackled the hall bathroom sink that had a faulty faucet and leaked badly. I now have a beautiful bathroom faucet that works great and doesn’t leak. David was very attentive to my concerns and requests. David was very professional, capable, proficient and personable. I would recommend him highly.

This is not the same company founded by John Conway. 23 year customer who just quit Comfort club after 3 no shows on confirmed appointments. Moving to another locally owned and operated company.

I have worked with other HVAC companies in town and Derek and his team are by far the most professional. They are quality driven AND price sensitive. Everyone on the installation team and 1 year follow up did a great job. It has been 2 years now and I would not hesitate to recommend them and they would be my first call for any HVAC needs.
