I called, he arrived 20 min later and stayed at a difficult job through to a happy resolution! The clog was more than a floor down and he had to by-pass an old fashioned catch to get at it. Very happy with results and the charge was very fair.

Skip and Gary were awesome! after struggling with this leaky faucet for couple days, and failed. They got me in quick and took care of my faucet leak within 25 mins after they got there. Gary even called me right after and explained to me how he did it. these guys are both professional and knowledgeable. I would rate it higher if I could!!

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

We used this place for my work and it was an after hours call. Mark was on time, friendly and very informative.

I noticed water on bathroom floor and leaking on basement ceiling and called All Comfort Services. Pat and Jaron came to the house the next morning to help. They are a great team, very professional, thoughtful, and thorough, and most of all they did a fantastic job fixing the problem. Pat's first thought was leak from the toilet and they were considering pulling the toilet out to look for leak. Then Pat quickly noticed something else which helped to pinpoint the problem. They fixed it without the need to take the toilet out. They were careful and thoughtful to make the right and necessary fix to prevent potential future failure of connectors, valves, etc. They clearly explained their thought process to me, which made a lot of sense. They checked multiple times to make sure there was no more leak in the bathroom nor on basement ceiling. They were also considerate to check water pressure to make sure it was not too high and made sure there was no other leak of water valves of bathroom sink. Because I was very satisfied with their work, after they fixed the toilet problem, I asked whether I can have them come back to fix a kitchen sink garbage disposal issue that I have had for a while. And it ended up with Pat and Jaron fixing the problem in 20 minutes, and saved me dispatching fee to have them come back at a different time. Overall, Pat and Jaron are excellent and kind. It was a pleasure working with them. Thank you!

Received great service today with a clogged kitchen sink. Work was done quickly and on short notice. Price was very reasonable and about half what I expected. Would highly recommend!

I have no complaints so far about the sewer/drain work that Roto-Rooter did under the sidewalk where our house's line connects with the city's line. Only time will tell if any issues with that work will be found, but there's no reason to believe there should be any. However, they had a landscaper come out and grade the dirt and put grass seed down in the areas that were disrupted in the dig. We have prairie plants planted on both sides of the sidewalk, and clearly no grass. It shows either a lack of perception, thoughtfulness, or conscientiousness in that they either didn't notice, didn't think about it, and/or didn't bother to ask us whether we wanted grass seed put down. The same goes for the landscaper who went ahead and did the work and never checked in with us the home owners. That lack of customer service is concerning and makes me wonder about the work underground that we can't see.

My experience with Monona Plumbing was excellent! They were courteous, professional, and clean, and their work was neat. I was very impressed, and will be contacting them in the future.

He patiently took the time to address my long list of questions (most unrelated to my service request) and was honest about what was and was not of pressing concern for me. Having much experience working in downtown residential buildings, he was immediately knowledgeable about the age and parts of my bathroom, and made the process as easy as I could have imagined for a home-owner with little experience troubleshooting plumbing repair requests.

A Dave Jones employee driving a marked Dave Jones Ford escape (vehicle#209) blindly blew into a four way intersection at the bottom of commerce park drive in Fitchburg this morning at around 9:35, nearly t-boning my vehicle. After nearly causing an accident they proceeded to drive aggressively up McKee Rd. I understand everyone has bad days, but this is no way to represent your company.
