I called Greg to fix my clogged toilet on a stormy evening around 10pm. I was suprised I could find anyone one to fix it so late. Greg arrived quickly and had the clog taken care of quickly. He also helped educate us on proper maintenance to help avoid issues in the future.

Desperately needed a job completed, they came over SAME DAY and completed the work. I am very pleased! Very friendly and courteous. Thank you so much!

Had used them few times for plumbing needs. The charges are not disclosed properly. Labor hour charge always more than actual hour to complete the job. Additional charges (Truck Charge - no clue) does not make sense. Poor communication about charges.

I haven’t actually paid Mark for a service yet, but twice he has had a conversation with me about different projects, given me great advice on how to move forward, and said just to call if I got stuck. So helpful! When I need anything beyond what I can figure out, he will hands down be the person I call to do a project.

So, what you need to understand is we're on our third whole house remodel. And up until now we've done all the work ourselves. But sometimes you just NEED a professional. That's why we called in the guys from Benjamin Plumbing. What would have taken us ages they did in just about an hour. Thank you! You guys are the BEST!

Hi, I was looking for new gas line in Condo to replace existing electric stove. The team at Robert's plumbing were so nice and professional, that I could get the quote and new line was in place within no time. Appreciate Travis for his quick response to get his technical team in place to install new line on-time as committed. Mark and his crew are knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Much more than a rooter service, they took on a tough plumbing problem for me and gave great advice and multiple solutions to choose from. Mark was very thoughtful with our historic building and definitely earned my trust.

Very fair, honest, knowledgeable, prompt company. I've had Tom C do electrical for me -- he's great. He installed a ceiling fan, added an outlet for a sump pump, and installed four recessed can lights in the dining area. All work was excellent and he provided a lot of guidance since I definitely didn't know what I wanted. I will use them again!

Had to get a sewer pipe unplugged and have used Lee’s for years always have done the job great and reasonably this job was done by a young man named Aaron friendly fast service and well done by the Dispatcher and Technician!

Good work, nice people, they show up quickly. Not the most efficient and obscene prices.

Called up for a plugged bathroom sink drain. Dr. Rooter came within an hour and had the sink unplugged without any problems. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.

Very professional and exceptional service. Jeff took the time to assess the installation issues and selected a good option that minimized installation repair issues that I would have had to fix had he opted to cut access holes to feed the gas line. He did not have to cut the holes making the overall job that he did wonderful.
