They were quick to respond and was able to set up service right away for our new water heater; however, slow to respond to follow up questions! Positive, I appreciate the text to gives us a heads up on my appt & the guys arrived in a timely manner and did a great job rolling out clothes on my stairs to prevent any damage and they spent at least 2 hours to get the job done so I’m thankful they took their time to do it. Negative: On the contrary I was not present to do the final inspection, unfortunately, they did not insulate the wall cavity where the new pipe extends to the exterior. It’s possible they were pressed for time and inadvertently did not complete it; however, my detracting rating wld be that Amber did not reply to my emails when I notified the ofc of the cosmetic dents on the water heater unit as well as incomplete insulation, not only once but currently as well! Now I’m still waiting for a call back or an email response to schedule completing the insulation and no acknowledgement of me bring up the few dents on the unit either.

Our annual furnace check-up maintenance was scheduled for the afternoon. There was a last minute cancelation and they called to see if we wanted to bump up. Jesse arrived within 20 minutes as promised and was fully prepared including boot coverings and face mask. He was very respectful of my husband's sleep schedule and followed instructions to enter our house from the back. Jesse stayed focused and was done in no time. After finishing he sat with us and went over a detailed checklist explaining his findings and our options to repair or replace. Absolutely no pressure one way or the other. We got our furnace from All Comfort Services 20 yrs ago and have always been happy with the service we've received, today was no exception.
