I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. The guy they sent was nice but he was unable to solve my problem (walnuts in a pipe). So they charged me $155 for one hour of having a guy unsuccessfully use a shop vac to vacuum out a nut.

Ken came out to my place at 8:30 at night to clean out my line that had just backed up. He clean the line and got my system flowing again and the price was very reasonable plus no extra charge for after hours service! I would Highly recommend this company!.

Had a main sewer line clog that got fixed by a friendly service rep at a great price to fix it. While it took a day because they were busy it was not too bad to wait since it wasn’t a huge emergency.

The actual physical service was fine, but the billing department is apparently non-existent. We received a bill via email for at the beginning of November for work done in late October. My partner thought I paid it, and I thought he did. We heard nothing from the company until March, when we received a phone call threatening us with a lien on our house for non-payment--four months later, without one paper reminder bill or email sent during that period. I then tried to pay the bill online a few times, and was unable to due to God knows what; the system glitched at a different point in the process each time I tried. Then I paid the bill by mail, and THEN I got a letter from a lien company the day after they cashed the check. We won't be using them again.

Dan is wonderful. I work for a brewery so we have drain clogs somewhat regularly. Every time we have needed him he shows up, and is always able to quickly identify the root problem and solutions. Highly recommended.
